The pillows were small and hard. The breakfast was fuel for diabetes. The room was clean, but paint was peeling from the walls. I am only writing this review because there were other hotel options that were less expensive and probably equivalent or maybes better than this place. I thought by choosing a hotel that cost a little more I would get a little more. I don't feel that was the case in this situation.

Had 2 king size rooms family trip. Both rooms were clean. Beds clean. Bathroom/shower clean. Included breakfast. The balcony the site mentioned is not private balcony to sit out on. The rooms open out to it n have window. Nice view.

The hotel lobby is spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. Check-in was quick and easy.|Parking: ample parking lot. You can park right in front of your door. It is well lit.|Room: our room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable, we slept great!! There were just a couple cosmetic issues (peeling paint on the door and bathtub). We were in room 114. There are no elevators to the upper floor.|Pool/hot tub: our favorite so far. This is our sixth hotel on this trip. The pool and hot tub are crystal clear, the pool facility is clean and in excellent repair. The pool is warm and the hot tub hot.|Breakfast: standard hotel breakfast with both hot and cold choices. There is fruit also. Coffee, tea, and juices.|Laundry: we did not use this, but there is one washer and one dryer. Coin operated, $2.00 each.|We would definitely stay here again!!

Great, spacious, clean, and well-appointed room convenient to Petrified Forest National Park. Surprisingly updated decor and decent grab-n-go breakfast options along with the reasonable mid-week price make this a little gem along your Rt 66 cross country drive.

Not great. The door to our room had previously been kicked in and the wall damaged, making the swing lock not secure. Beds were old and had valleys in them you have to roll out of, and they were very hard. Then the smoke detector beeped ALL night right above our beds. This place has no elevator and we were put on the second floor, with two bad legs was painful to do the climb. And the stairs are caved in making the climb seriously unsafe. The sheets were clean and the front desk guy was nice.

Stayed in Holbrook simply because of its location closed to the Petrified Forest NP, around 15 minutes away.
There are multiple hotels in the small town, all along the same road.
The style is more motel but everything was as advertised. A simple breakfast was included, there's an indoor heated pool and hot tub, which was nice to use after a days exploring.
The staff were pleasant if not particularly visible.
Rooms were functional and clean.

Sure wish they would fix the Hot Tub soon, or just remove it totally. This Days Inn is worth the price,But could be much better with a little TLC from the owners. The Staff is very helpful with any advice on possibilities of somewhere to find a good meal in the area.

Good Value for the Price

- Motel-Style Accommodation: It's a basic, motel-like hotel where you get what you pay for.
- Room Quality: The room was clean, good, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too small and not very comfortable.
- Service and Breakfast: The service desk was okay, and the breakfast was just passable—not great, but something to eat.
- Location: Holbrook itself doesn't have much to offer, but the hotel was near everywhere. We were able to find a nice Italian restaurant
- Overall: The hotel was good for the price we paid, offering decent accommodation without any major issues.
