Awful Experience - Stay Away!

I had an incredibly unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was filthy, and to make matters worse, I found bed bugs! The shower didn’t work properly and was leaking water all over the place. I also spotted roaches in the room, and the sheets had cigarette burns on them. Just a disgusting, unsafe environment.

The breakfast was horrible, and the service was equally bad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please, do yourself a favor, spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. Keep your family and friends away from this hotel. It’s not worth the risk

Customer service was horrible, the lady name Janet that claim to be the supervisor didn’t know what she was doing. I went to checkin on Sunday and I wasn’t able to checkin because she didn’t know how to modify my name on the reservation. She’s just wasn’t doing her job correctly. It was just a bad experience at this hotel with the bad customer service they provided. That’s probably why they hardly have any business and probably why they have so many bad reviews.

If I could give lower then a 1 star I would . Horrible horrible rooms horrible service and outrageous prices . They advertise on a big sign in the front about the breakfast included when u stay but there is no breakfast . Staff is rude and really crappy service. Rooms have huge holes in the walls tagged u walls and doors and doors to rooms don't lock some don't even close and are broken the cleanliness is just yuck and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone ever .

What a nightmare. Holes on walls, door jam had been broken, 3" gap under door, bad smell, Grafetti in drawers &ac unit, burn holes on bedding, rips in drapes. When I asked for different room closer to front, I was told non available. I didn't sleep all night, due to noise & feeling unsafe. Security banged on door next room at 4am., trying to evict person for trespassing, which was determined to have paid.

I stayed here for one month. The owners and other staff are very assertive,professional, and
make you feel at home. You really don't find places like this anymore. Housekeeping very welcoming and rooms are cleaned very well. I really enjoyed myself there.

Place here sucks lady up front is not nice wifi here is trash stayed here for a week had some of my stuff stolen they didn't do anything the bathroom had mold on the ceiling

Got a room here about a month ago, finally have some time to pay a review.
It's dirty, the room had lot of things cracked or breaking. I was on the toilet and felt something go across my foot, looked and it was a cockroach. Which I am terrified of bugs. Made me paranoid the rest of the night looking around to see if see any other ones. I killed the one I saw tho. Was a horrible stay. Despite this we were gonna book one more day because it wasn't too much money(which I get that u get what u pay for....but should meet minimum standards of cleanliness at least).....but as I was confirming one more day a security guy came to the door saying it's checkout we have to get out and go. Explained we r staying another night and point was didnt want to move our stuff he told us no we have to get out the room and go book new room then. Which said well can we just run down and check with front desk first said no starting cussing at us. Stood there while we packed up our stuff. Was flipping us off when we left. The front desk people didn't have much to say other than oh well. If want to book another room now we and asked if security would b messing with us then and said couldn't say if they would or not. So yeah, do not recommend them at all

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews prior to booking this hotel. I had stayed at other Days Inn which were drastically different. I am surprised that Days Inn would allow this hotel to keep the name on this property.
From the moment we opened the door, we new that this was a mistake. The room did not have a smoke detector, the fan cover was missing and there was a hole in the wall where the toilet paper holder should be. Tape and Crepe paper were still attached to the ceiling from a past party.
The TV remote was missing from the room. The rooms do not have telephones so you have to walk to the office to share concerns. The office can only be accessed through a night window at all hours of the day. Although the sign states this is for staff security, it makes you wonder if you car will be safe in the parking lot.
The laminate floors appeared clean and the bed for comfortable. The hotel was near the location we were to visit the next day.
The clerk was cordial and helped us to cancel the rest of our reservation
