The front desk staff was great and helpful with every question I had. There is a gas station and some food places around as well. The housekeeper staff was always friendly to me. The only real issue is storage space, but they have hangers, so if you like hangers, sure. I like dresser drawers, though.

I stay here quite frequently and the staff is top tier. They're so accommodating and friendly. The location isn't the best and the property is a little old, but it very well maintained so cleanliness isn't a problem. They do say breakfast is provided but that's only coffee and juice, but that's perfect for me. There are excellent restaurants next door (Jamaican and a really amazing Pizza/ American cuisine joint) - and they're affordable. Personally I highly recommend this place.

The shuttle stop at some time but was not running at midnight when I arrived , I called the front desk and after been han up 2 times the clerk answer , a very nice person told me "NO SHUTTLE AVAILABLE, TOO LATE" my flight was.not even delayed and seems like every hotel shuttle was picking up passengers, I took UBER and paid 19.98 + gratuity , the room was OK for a night but not 100 % clean but was OK. in the morning I went to the lobby for breakfast as says in the app " NO BREAKFAST" where is breakfast I asked the kind clerk that was still there from the previous night says no breakfast . they have coffee , orange juice abd apple juice and that's all , nothing else . then I took the Shuttle and it was raining, the shuttle driver did not assist with the luggage I think because he would get wet ans only opened the luggage cargo door for me to load the bags, once I side the shuttle bus he was prompt to point to a sigh that reads "I ACCEPT TIPS" . the whole experience was cheap , is best tonpay 20 or 40 dollars more and go to another hotel

The staffs very professional. The room as you can see was very nice, especially the king size bed. The early check-in fee was waived. I booked a room for a third party. It's good to know that I can go there without a third-party reservation, and get a room. There is a coffee service and juice service with granola bar, serving as the breakfast accommodation. So when you stay there don't plan on a full breakfast. It's just a get out the door on the way to the airport dropping the bucket. Overall, I would say enjoy the experience. Oh there's good eating right next door too. And it's on a bus line - Marta line 84.

This was the most terrifying hotel I have ever stayed in. Due to a flight difficulty we were forced to spend the night and most of the hotels were full. We were glad to get this reservation. The first thing you notice about this hotel is that it smells so much like marijuana that you may get high walking down the hall. The room was adequate if you don't expect more than a garden hose to shower and there was no actual breakfast. There were granola bars and a broken coffee maker.. The whole area is really sketchy and we were super glad to leave there at 4:00 a.m. to catch our new next flight.

Warning! This hotel is absolutely disgusting and located in a sketchy area—East Point, to be exact, which is somewhere you definitely want to avoid. First off, there’s nowhere to sit in the room. The floors look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months, and the chair is covered in brown stains. The bathroom is terrifying, with all the towels stained brown and no tissue available. To make matters worse, this was the second room they moved me to after the first one was missing a TV and had a huge hole in the wall. The new room came with old food left in the fridge and a heater that barely worked. After about an hour of contemplating my life choices that led me here, the lights went out! The hotel has no backup generator, and they had no idea when the power would be restored. I grabbed my stuff and headed straight back to the airport—at least there, I felt safer than in that nightmare of a hotel.

Hideous, dirty smoke filled. Don’t bother it was a last resort for us. I would go on but I think you get the idea. The carpet was torn and frayed with duct tape holding it together. There was no blankets or cover on the bed and the sheets were stained and wrinkled. same with the towels. The room was cold and the heater didn’t work. the front desk clerk was impatient and rude. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken and there was no coffee in the room. the shuttle never showed to pick us up from the airport and the return shuttle was supposed to come and was 40 minutes late.

I had a good night's sleep here and everything went well. The hotel check in went smoothly. There is orange juice available in the lobby. The room was clean, but there were some broken fixtures. It is a distressed area and I had a frozen pizza product from the gas station store across the way for dinner. I wouldn't feel safe walking about the area especially after dark. I can only recommend it as serviceable and economical.
