The staff were absolutely friendly.

Our room door was a major problem (see pics and video) but the room looked like the sink area and floor had been renovated recently. All the lights worked but you couldn’t hear yourself think with the bathroom fan so we just left it off. The bed was comfortable if not wiggly and jiggly ( every time either one of us moved the bed shook like a jello mold on springs) our refrigerator had food in it from the last people and they immediately sent someone up to clean it. He was social and gave us some areas we might go to for eating.
We could not find any place that would deliver without using uber eats.
At around 8-ish someone lit off a bunch of fireworks and the only thing that I did like to listen to was the train.
We did get the extra pillows, however they smelled like they had been stored in a moldy basement but they had been washed in bleach so that was a fun scent.
A/C didn’t work…I mean it made noise like it was trying and a foul smell came out with air but it wasn’t cold. We didn’t stay the entire night and just got a nap in the room and left. Again the staff were nice.
It just seemed to me that the hotel was given up on and it is trying to clean up its act, but for right now $74/night was a bit much

Hotel staff very unprofessional and rips people off. My husband drove all the way from Clearwater, FL and arrived at the hotel at 12:10am and was denied check! The rude hotel clerk stated that he was marked as a no show and rudely grinned in his face and told him he was out of luck. I called at 6pm the same day and informed the from desk that he would be arriving late and they stated it was not a problem but then refused check in. To top it off they lie about the amenities that they say they offer at the hotel. You get toast for breakfast nothing else! This is a very unpleasant establishment and they burn you for you hard earned money! Stay away from this horrible place the price isn’t worth it

For the price I was not disappointed, and even hid a nice tip for room service as the was very clean in need of minor repairs but clean and updated.. No signs at all of bed bugs mattress sheets pillows clean or any other bugs I felt safe clean and cozy warm even being 20degreed outside. I expect the worse, but experience was great. Being a former chief engineer for Marriott I would recommend this place if you’re on a tight budget ..

I honestly don't know what motel some of these people stayed at - my room was very clean, the front desk was extremely courteous, zero funny smells, everything in the room worked, it was fine. This place is fifty bucks cheaper than everything else right here, and it's by a highway; you drove here yourself, you see what it's next to. What on earth kind of peaceful, secluded, catered spa people expect I don't understand. I did not take the breakfast, but again - to be offered breakfast at this price is gracious, basic cereal or not. I spend a lot of time out on the road, and I have paid more for less, for sure! Many times it's helpful to look at other reviews by negative reviewers - sometimes you might find that this is what they do a lot of. Maybe they're trying to get refunds or concessions; maybe they're just not happy people. Maybe a more private resort would suit them better... but they'd better put a 1 or 2 in front of what this perfectly good place charged me for perfectly adequate place to relax, rest, and shower up on the road.

We enjoyed our stay here despite the reviews! The people there were very friendly. We got fresh towels everyday we had requested another pillow and got that too! The grill area was nice and well kept we took advantage! The room was nice and clean much more than we had expected considering what we had read before we came!

Unfriendly service. Moldy and not clean. They don't run ac unless occupied, causing the room to stay musty. Paid deposit for room. Wouldn't give it back upon checkout without actually checking the room while you wait. Knocked on the door 10 minutes before checkout to rush us out the door. It was a bed. Nothing more.

staff is really welcoming. Thank you for a nice stay. My kids had fun and our family enjoyed the trip. Nice breakfast and peaceful. The ice machine and vending machine is easily accessible and a nice cabana to
Sit. I will always come back and everyone should choose this hotel over hotels in exit 5

Hotel is budget friendly and a great place stay. Breakfast is nice and worth the money. They always help when ask for assistance with great pleasure. All the stores and restaurant are nearby. The grill place next to pool is a nice place to sit.
