I was very impressed with the house keeping. We stayed 3 days, and she cleaned the room while we were staying. Everything was perfect. The price dud not go up on the 3 day holiday. Free breakfast was typical, but welcome. Cable TV movies, lots of room , and good value. On this trip we've stayed at a few places , this hotel was the best. Thank you

Would not return to this hotel. Room was falling apart. Plaster was dripping and peeling off the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet was not attached to the floor. There were crumbs and dirt under the bed. There wasn't a towel ring to hang damp towels. Cubbies for fresh towels in the bathroom were dusty and dirty. Shower was a disaster. The breakfast wasn’t edible. We were so disappointed in this Wyndham property. The internet worked occasionally but was very slow. Would not recommend to anyone, let alone family or friends.

At check in we were given keys to an occupied room, that i opened and entered in on a lady, poor lady we scared each other. Once we were given correct keys to a vacent room. Our room was filthy, walls had soda and drip stains everywhere...by beds, tv, and in shower/dressing area. There was dust everywhere and enough to run fingers thru and be grossed out, especally where towels Nd washcloths were kept and the hair dryer just gross. The shower was broken and we were unable to adjust water temp...pure hot only. The duvet cover had stains as well. The only resolution was a key to a room next door to shower in. I will never stay here again, dirty dirty, dirty. Also the front desk didn't speak English or Spanish and I was told to come back at 6am to discuss the shower issue, I said no way and a half asleep guy in a wrinkled polo came out and gave us keys to a room so we could shower. Sooo disappointed in This stay, the more I look closely the room just isn't clean, door jams, thresholds, towels n washcloths were old stain and thin.... Yuck 🤮

Black mold, shower handhold was loose gf fell and injured her back. They did comp us another room after trying to get us to pay 60plus taxes for another night we weren't expecting to stay anyways.......but like the trip was over after that we were on our motorcycle and had to go back home after that. The first room she fell in the 2nd room ther was black mold and holes in the shower...... breakfast was ok probably the best part about the stay................

Positive: seemed safe. Negative: The morning staff spoke no English or Spanish. one of the main towels was dirty with a DARK footprint. door to room was difficult to open. pool was freezing but hot tub was good. Shula was thorough. other guests woke us up at 3 to talk loudly outside. Negative: ""

I booked a room for guys on my crew. I asked for a credit card authorization form since I would not be present, gave my email address and card to hold the room. They never sent the CCA and I emailed the location requesting it and never heard back. My guys tried checking in under my reservation and were denied cause I wasn’t present with the card, even though I specified I wouldn’t be. They needed a room so they got it themselves. I was called now by the hotel and asked when I would be there and explained the situation, and was told that they will charge me only one night rather than 2 for no showing on my reservation and that this was my problem, not the hotels. I have a lot of work for the next few months in the area and will not put my guys up at this hotel again.
