The hotel was easy to find. The parking was easy to get in and out of. The rooms were very, very clean and quiet in spite of construction work going on at the hotel while we were there. The staff did a great job of keeping everything immaculate throughout the hotel. I would stay there again for sure.

Remodel seems to be great. Parking was a bit lite due to construction but room was spacious comfortable bed was great. Chair to watch TV was very comfy as I had a King suite. I stay in Flagstaff regularly and at this price and exactly what I want in a room. Heck the shower alone. Best I've had in years, would be enough to bring me back. This will now be my new go to motel in Flagstaff.

If you’re looking for a safe place for the price this is definitely a good spot. Came from out of state and was super nervous about how the hotel was actually gonna be. They are doing construction so the front desk was a little odd but they were friendly and the room was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. Shower didn’t stay hot long which was a bummer but it is updated nicely. Woke up a few times in the morning to sounds of hammering and such but it wasn’t anything crazy. All in all was a good place to stay and my car didn’t get disturbed.

The property had overflowing trash cans with construction and general trash. The lobby was a construction site with yellow tape guiding you through the lobby to the elevators. Dust everywhere. One of my grandaughters is sensitive to these conditions. The hotels breakfast is served in the constuction zone. None of this and other issues are acceptable. We could not stay there with four young children. We did not stay and had to go to another hotel for the night. The hotel charged us for the night and has refused to refund it. How is this acceptable?

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, but the hotel did not seem to have much insulation as we could hear walking upstairs and stirrings in the rooms near us. The shower was great, but there is little room in the bathroom to maneuver with hardly any counter space. The lighting in the bathroom was fantastic. The room has an open space that would be nice to have had a shelf with a nicely lit mirror above to accommodate two people getting ready. ||The hotel is using a temporary space for breakfast as they are renovating that area. The space they are currently in is small and there were only a continental breakfast options.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is under renovation but they still made us feel very welcome. The completed renovation were awesome. The shower was heaven. The rooms were clean and inviting. The beds were so soft we didn't want to get up. I highly recommend.

I just called this place and he acted like he couldn’t hear me and i was ignored the whole time after I asked for his name because I wanted to address him as such during the conversation. I kept answering him and asking questions but he ignored me the whole time and hung up. He had an accent and played stupid the whole two minute call. I had my friend call and his name is Hadrick? I wanted to book a room but he hung up. I’d go to Spring Hill or a Hilton. Or even the double tree or the Elev8. Take it from me. Customer service is a big deal. I’d give 0 stars but the lowest was 1star.

Got a room instead of driving back down to Phoenix and it was super quick and easy to reserve and check in. Room was being remodeled it was clean but very bare (no art, no chair just big empty space in front of window) down side was an extension cord was thru a window in the hall allowing the smoke from smokers outside to travel into the hall/rooms. Breakfast was very basic but still appreciated. Overall good value for the money spent just small details that I would not have wanted to stay more than 1 night unless it was in a different room on property.
