Booked a room for my mom for 2 nights as she had a last minute trip to Ohio and would be arriving late. Immediately she did not feel comfortable as there were men standing in the stairwells and outside her room seemingly dealing drugs. She also mentioned her room smelt like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. We ended up booking her another hotel for her second night. The receptionist very kind and understanding and worked a refund for us.

We were in town for a family birthday party for two days. The front desk staff were very kind.
Immediately, when we walked in the room we could smell a strong odor of cigarette smoke, and the floors were dirty, There was mold on the floor and in the refrigerator. The toilet and bathtub were stained and needed updated fixtures. Towels were dingy and stained.

We left to visit family and returned very late. We checked the mattress for bedbugs as we always do and we found a disgusting stain on the mattress. We immediately took our stuff and left. Of course they would not reimburse our money. We just want to make sure that no one else is sideswiped by how bad this hotel is. SEE ENCLOSED PHOTOS

The staff were very friendly. Our room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast did not have lots of options but there was enough and the breakfast area was clean. The only complaint is that the bathroom definitely needs an update. Some mop boards were falling off the wall and the caulking job was poor.

The first room we got the heater did not work. The room they transferred us to was dirty, hair all over sheets and pillows. Went back to front desk the gentleman offered us to take bedding from the first rooms because housekeeping left at 630. We loaded the entire bedding up, took them to second room and replaced sheets ourselves. Also, they need to take fake pictures off the internet and put true pictures up to give last minute trailers a chance to not waste money.

Positive: Location Negative: Everything, we stayed nine days and our room was never cleaned, bed was never changed, had to catch housekeeping outside to get towels, had to buy cleaning supplies to keep my room clean. The noise was horrible and we and I will never go again.

Positive: Nothing. Was bed bugs in the room, the staff was rude about the situation, ended up having to go get a whole other room at a different hotel. Negative: There was bed bugs in the room. The staff was rude about the situation and also rude just from the beginning even just checking in. They did not accommodate me for this issue, I ended up having to get another room somewere else.

Absolutely the worst place to stay in the Miami Valley. The people who hire must look for the most unpleasant ride people to work for. Just trying to check in as a major pain in the ass so much I didn't even stay after my room is already paid for and checked in from the day before so if you were looking for hospitality or kind people this is definitely not the place you need to be I would check somewhere else.
