Positive: Location, for our needs it was great! Negative: It is dirty and low-maintained in the main areas. It is a 2 star hotel, I understand that but that doesn?t justify the dirty carpets all over the common areas.

I received two free vouchers for rooms at this hotel and so I decided to stay here on my way to portland. No it's not the Hyatt regency but for the price I paid I think I can handle a little garbage around the stairs and filthy hallway carpet.
I stood in the reception area for probably 5 minutes and nobody came out to greet me or help me check in which I thought was a little odd but it was 9:30 at night so perhaps they didn't think anyone would be checking in that late.
But the staff ended up being super friendly and helpful, they served a small lunch sack for breakfast that contained a little waffle, orange juice, milk, and creram which was a nice touch.

The one-star reviews are not overly harsh. The walls and carpet were stained and there was an odor all through the hotel. It is interesting the number of guests that were told the pool was closed due to chlorine issues. We had the same experience. This is the main reason I booked this hotel, and my wife even bought a bathing suit when we arrived only to be told the same story. A pool is easy to advertise and maintain if you simply never allow it to be used! The "free breakfast" was a single cold waffle in a bag! There was someone working on their car in the parking lot and my wife got to ride the elevator with a pimp doing business on his cell phone. There were multiple things broken/missing in the room. We were there for an important job, so did not stay in the room much. We were, however, hoping to be able to have a relaxing getaway as a bonus, but we got out of there asap the next morning! In retrospect, I should have spent another $20-30 to stay in a nicer place

Positive: "" Negative: The room was dirty and I reported it and they said they'd tell management. The sink had spit and hair on it and the bathroom floor was sticky and gross. Then I had to call multiple times about the very loud drunk group next door.

Positive: "" Negative: The rooms weren't properly clean, i arrived in the evening and the room i was supposed to be in was being cleaned by house keeping, which was poorly done, stains on the floor, hair in the sink, sink didnt dispense water and made a loud sound if turned one

Positive: The staff Negative: The ants, the tv didn?t work, the door didn?t shut, no refrigerator. Moved rooms, no cups or bag for ice bucket. Carpet is filthy. Homeless woman asked if she could sleep in my room on the floor. A couple more homeless encounters but out of room to type

The worst place I have ever stayed. Total twilight zone nightmare. People arguing and screaming in the hallway, drug deal in the parking lot next to my car. Light bulb was out in the bathroom. The tv kept turning off. Remote control had no batteries. The stains all over the hallway floors. Found out from the restaurant next door that they house homeless (they should disclose that). They were hanging out in front of the main entrance with menacing looks never looking away. Floors were sticky. But on a bright note, the WiFi worked well so the Roku I brought from home was the best part next to some happy pups who had a decent lawn for them to do their business. One star only because it’s a roof over my head.
