*DO NOT GO HERE*
When we got to the hotel the looks from the outside was pleasant. The lobby was clean front desk lady was nice. Went to our room and that's where the horror started. Door had a big gap at the bottom and rain came into our room. The floor was not even. The bathroom shower pipe was sticking out of the wall. The shower curtin was dirty with mold stains on the rings. The fan cover was broken off. The toilet wasn't flushing so we asked for help. Had to call front desk multiple times to finally get some one to help. The problem persisted and the front desk could not get a hold of Maintenance even though they live on the property. The toilet flooded the room and the front desk had the nerve to blame it on me. "What are you putting in it" are we not supposed to use the bathroom. No toilet paper was ever put in the toilet. Since no one wanted to help us we made the only right decision and checked out of the hotel around 1115PM. They need to refund me my money.

While one of the nicer Days Inn I've visited the strange cat roaming the property I was not a fan of nor a fan of the roar of the interstate which I could have ignored except my rooms door would not close fully so all you hear is the whistle of the wind n traffic. I had to put a towel in the door closed it tightly to be able to watch a movie. Breakfast Small muffins travel kids size. That's all. The front desk lady 8am-4pm shift is PHENOMENAL FYI

First I want to say I didn’t have a bad experience with service, although when we asked for extra towels they told us we had to wait for the cleaner odd but okay. The room was awful, blood finger prints on the wall, toilet was leaking, shower was not clean and had mold on the shower curtain. The water wouldn’t warm up, smelled like cigarettes. The card scanner wouldn’t work half the time. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel even too my worst enemy. It needs a good cleaning, especially the floors. Will not be staying again!

The room appeared clean until I noticed a syringe on the door frame in the bathroom. The air conditioner was unplugged from a broken outlet and had unreadable buttons. The hair dryer was not working. Let the front desk know about the syringe. Hopefully, they will clean up better in the future.

They let me check in early which I thought was amazing, it was 3 am and I just got off of a 12 hour flight so I needed a place to stay. I got up to my room and my card wasn’t even working, this happened a lot during my stay. They have a machine that re-actives the cards so they are more then aware of this issue. When I finally got into my room, there was pet fur on my bed, I didn’t mind it since I had a cat at my mom’s house so I was used to the fur. I was to tired to ask for a new so I just slept, I walked downstairs to check out and the lady at the desk said she was going to check the room, there was 3 people behind me ready to check out. Soon she came back and said she can’t give me my deposit because there is cat fur all over the bed, I told her I don’t have a cat with me and she didn’t want to hear it. I recommend this place. The staff weren’t very welcoming and the room was barely clean. And somehow it’s my fault. 0/10, don’t come here and expect a clean room or friendly staff.

They claim they have breakfast on their site but they only have coffee that’s it. The rooms have been remodeled but it’s days inn on beechmont! The a/c unit makes clicking noises along with the fridge, and room wasn’t 100% clean when I checked in. It’s worth signing up for the chance of a refund if you book online just saying. The walls are thin here!

“My experience at the hotel was overall very positive. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning. The room was comfortable and spacious, with details that made the stay more pleasant, such as quality bedding and an elegant design. The worst Hotel I've had to experience, come to my door at 1am and beat on my door and start hollering "Come do paperwork or get off my property" from the outside. I had my key renewed earlier that day and paid for my room. I just believe that the young lady that was very uninviting,and horribly unprofessional as an employee should have handled the situation differently and management team should look into hiring different employees before they drive their (I'm sure) very small clientele base away!

The Wyndam Hotel chain should be ashamed of thereselves for allowing such unprofessional employees on their property.
