I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by your staff, especially Kaylee. She made our stay remarkable and ensured that our Christmas Eve was warm and welcoming. My family of four never had to ask for anything—Kaylee was always one step ahead, providing extra towels and hot cocoa without us even needing to request them. As a Gold member with Expedia and a frequent traveler for work over the past four years, I've encountered many hotel experiences, but none have compared to the heartfelt kindness we received from Kaylee. It's evident that she loves her job, and I commend you for having her represent your company.

Our hotel room was warm, impeccably clean, and incredibly relaxing—three essential qualities for a great stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone planning a trip. Fantastic staff, a wonderful hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Kaylee is—she truly stands out!

Breakfast is always nice. Service is top notch! We always enjoy our stay. We also got to enjoy the heated pool this time. My kids and grandkids had a really good time swimming. Thank you for a pleasant stay for our holiday visit. ❤️

Plenty of parking, new cameras around facility. Workers at the front desk and cleaners were nice and respectful. Customer service is great. Dog friendly. Very accommodating if you let them know of a dog. They do charge $25 extra a night per dog. Beats paying for boarding. Safe area. Beds are comfortable. Has AC. It’s a decent room for the price. It’s clean. Bed and breakfast is okay, don’t have high expectations. Overall, I would recommend and would come back again if in the area.

A simple, convenient option when you’re in the small town of Chino Valley. It’s right near a Walgreens and in a well lit area. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable, and the price is reasonable. My only issue was I noticed there is no elevator there (that I could find) — this could be an issue for someone who’s disabled, so you’ll want to ask for a 1st floor room if you can’t get up stairs. I come out here every so often to visit family so I will stay here again.

Overall our stay was okay.
Bed is comfortable but squeaky - pillows were very nice, no coffee maker in the room; breakfast was minimal standard for hotel breakfasts - coffee was pretty awful. I liked the well lit parking lot - and could see our truck from the window.
Shower was nice and hot - lighter on the pressure than I would have liked. Mostly quiet place except for the guy snoring in the next room. The walls are thin.
Convenient for us as we had golfed all day at the Antelope Hills course just minutes away.

Great place to stay, especially if you have family in the area. The rooms are large and all the amenities have been well thought out. The breakfast was fabulous...real food... and the bed was superb.

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast 'hit the spot' every morning. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. Only things keeping this from being a 5 star review is inadequate wifi and on 1 day in our 7 day stay, the cleaning staff totally skipped our room. Otherwise, we had a very positive experience.
