The rooms are very clean and the staff was very nice. Location close to fast food and interstate. I felt it was a safe location as was traveling with 3 grandkids. Vending machines on site and laundry facilities. They do a small breakfast of muffins and juice.

Every hotel/motel within 50 miles was full.
I had a family emergency and drove from Chicago, I just needed a couple hours sleep and a shower after pushing myself too far.
This place is clean, the staff is polite and kind, and they allowed me to have a couple extra minutes to make sure I was well rested and safe to drive.
Amazing customer service is immeasurable, thanks again.

My partner and I stayed here for one night in January 2025 during our roadtrip around the USA. This was an unplanned stay since we were just trying to get as south as possible and away from the snowstorm that happened around Atlanta area early 2025, and this was the furthest we made it that day.
We stayed in a second floor room. Things were, overall, quiet at night, but the heater does make some noise (felt basically like white noise though).
This unfortunately didn't feel like the cleanest motel. The top blanket on the bed had a few stains, and so that just made us question everything, even though the rest of the sheets did look fine and nothing else was noticeably dirty.
There is a microwave and a fridge in the room. Lots of complimentary parking on site. The complimentary breakfast is really basic, things like prepacked muffins and the likes.
The woman who checked us in was super nice. Everything felt safe enough, although we didn't go out walking in the area.
This feels like your standard budget motel, nothing super special, but nothing offensive either.

When the transmission went out in our van at Bucees, we got a taxi to take us to Days Inn of Byron as the Enterprise car rental was within walking distance. The rooms were clean, there was food within walking distance. Ken the manager of Days Inn Byron went over and beyond to accommodate us allowing us to hang out in our room til 2pm the following day while we waited for our rental car. He offered us bottled water and kindness, understanding and generosity rarely seen. The laundry facility was wonderfully clean and stocked with all the necessary supplies giving us and opportunity to freshen all our garments. The breakfast they offered was delicious! We had fruit, oatmeal, danishes, juice & coffee. Toast and jelly too! Ken treated us like family. We highly recommend Days Inn of Byron! Tell Ken Jeff & Jill say Hi! 🧡

Excellent stay and excellent value… Hotel and grounds are are very well-maintained… Room was clean and comfortable… Owner/manager/staff are all very friendly and very helpful. There are plenty of gas stations, convenient stores, restaurants, and Barbour Farms store very close by, and it,s only 6 miles away from a Buckeyes. Will definitely stay here again when in the area or passing through.

Do not stay here! The roaches were terrible. We stopped late at night and the next morning we could see evidence of roach feces on the plug-ins, then a couple of decided to show themselves. So gross! Days Inn and Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves.

It looked like an acceptable pulloff for a returning evacuee from Hurricane Milton. After I settled down and booted up my computer at the tiny desk, a roach on the wall introduced itself to me. I have been home for several days now and have no evidence that I brought bed bugs from that hotel with me. Yet.

Positive: Quiet Negative: Blood stains on the box springs and sides of bed, splattered dried liquid on the walls and bathroom door, blankets had tons of what looked like knife holes all over.
