1 star is a gift. Stayed one night and that was enough. Girl who checked us in was nice. We got to our room and that's when the "ick" factor came into play. 80s "No tell motel" came to mind. Completely outdated, old worn out furniture, dim lighting, hard beds, old laminate flooring. There was a layer of dust on everything although the bedding was clean. Floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite a long time either. I was afraid to put my overnight bag down anywhere. I had to wipe down the TV remote- wished I'd brought lysol wipes. I couldn't bring myself to step into the shower, it was just gross. I went to lobby for coffees and it was ok, no creamer - just the yukky powdered stuff in packets. I don't think I'd eat the cereal they touted as the continental breakfast - but there were prepackaged donuts. Didn't see any milk for cereal either. I've stayed in better places for less money. All this for $240 a night!! Yep- you read that right...$240. I'd rather have slept in my car. I'm surprised that Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this place.

Very kind and helpful staff. Room had all the amenities we needed: two beds, fridge, microwave and easy drive to OU campus. This is a no-frills MOTEL. If that's what you're looking for, this one gets the job done!

Have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and handled business in a timely fashion. With a gas station half a mile down the street, and right next to the interstate, it made my wife's commute as a travel nurse a breeze. The stay was nice and quiet without any bother from anyone. Our room was clean and tidy, and to top it all off, the shower had water pressure on par with home.

This hotel was the worst I have seen in a long time. There were holes in the blankets on the bed. Dead bugs on the air conditioning unit. Smelled like stale smoke and pets. The floors were dirty. Very dirty, smelly room. The overall appearance of the entire building was old and run down with plastic curtains broken and hanging. Not many cars in the parking lot. We didn’t stay because of these reasons and they wouldn’t give us our money back. $250!

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. This is the dirtiest, rudest, up most embarrassing hotel I have been to. To start, the door lock doesn’t work properly. I first thought it was a key issues. I had went and gotten 2 brand new keys, and the door still had me locked outside in 20 degree weather for almost 30 minutes. When I had finally got into the room I was met with such an overwhelming smell of marijuana, that was consistent with my entire stay. I had then noticed that the there was trash all over the floor, the floor hadn’t been swept or moped in several days.. then I had noticed coffee stains, makeup, and shaved hair all over the sink vanity.. then I had went to take a shower and noticed bugs, black flaky debris all in the shower. When I had taken the complaints to the manager, he had told me that I was lying. Refused to hear me out the rest of the way, and continued to say that I was lying. I had then asked for a partial refund so I can find somewhere else to stay, and all he could offer was a 20% discount for the next stay. Umm sir, I will never be coming back to this nasty hotel for any reason. Nor did he offer for someone to come up and fix the problems. I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the room myself. Just horrible, avoid this hotel at all costs..

I needed a place to stay for the night because I had a close call with some ice on the highway.
It took a minute for to get checked in because there was a language barrier. Totally not his fault at all.
The room looked a little outdated but that didn’t bother me at all. However, the cleanliness was a huge issue. The bed seemed ok at first, it didn’t look dirty. I woke up 2 hours later and saw what I am almost 90% sure were bed bugs around me. 😬 I ran out of the room immediately and left. I should have told the staff so they can do something about it but I was so disgusted I just wanted to get home and shower.

I travel for work and have stayed in countless hotels. And more than a few were less than reputable. This place however takes to trophy for being an absolute dump! The people running it are extremely disrespectful and during the 2 weeks I was unfortunate enough to stay here it seemed every other day they were trying to squeeze me for more money. I travel light and when I go to work I take my clothes with me to wash. They took this as I was checking out. Even though I paid in advance for 2 weeks, on day 4 I returned from work and they told me I checked out and they closed my room tried to get me to pay for more days even though I had already paid. Demanded that I give them my room key in the mornings before I went to work and for a fee of $20 they would watch my room while I was at work. These people will scam you if you let them. Also tried to keep my $100 deposit without reason and I had to turn around and come back to confront them. House keeping seems to show up only when they feel like it and make more of a mess than they do clean. If possible I’d give this dump 0 stars

It wouldn’t have been bad if they actually cleaned. Also terrible customer service. We booked a king size bed online they said there was 3 left and when we got here they said that didn’t have any which I’m not sure how they didn’t considering how we booked it ahead of time and there were only 5 cars there including us. Wasn’t willing to do anything for the inconvenience of not having our room we booked. The floor was not swept at all I couldn’t stand to walk on the floor without shoes or socks because it felt like I was walking on rocks a crumbs and dirt my socks were brown on the bottoms. The bed was clean but the floor wasn’t and there wasn’t any handsoap or hand towels not even a trash bag in the can. At about 10 or 10:30 I heard the lady yelling at my boyfriend for not telling her that we have a dog. In this situation I don’t feel it’s our job to tell them if we have pets. As a business perspective the owners or whoever is booking should ask if there’s pets. They were extremely rude definitely not business people just money pinchers. I understand that this hotel is not high end by any means but any room you stay in at any hotel should be clean for every guest and this was not the case. Terrible experience. Do not recommend not even for a night.
