I never review ANYTHING. However I just left this “hotel” and felt the need to share my experience.

First I wanna state I booked at 3pm. And I left at 10:45pm same day. I couldn’t stay here.

I had the “king room” first off. There was a huge gap that didn’t give me privacy on the window. I had to rig it with the shampoo bottles and you could still look into my room. Secondly the bed was hard as the ground. And there was no blanket. It’s 2 sheets. The place itself had a weird odor when entering. There’s no toilet paper anywhere in the room. The television had the hdmi slot torn out. There was no power in the lamp outlets to charge phones.

I wasted $70 here. Please please don’t be like me and find someplace better. This “hotel” shouldn’t be functional. It should be shut down.

Clean the room. It was disgusting. And I hate to be so blunt, but I wouldn't be surprised if all the cleaning crew did was put fresh sheets on the bed, pick up any obvious messes, and then call it a day. We had dirty towels, all the drawers had dirt and dead bugs in them, and the carpet on the floor was dirty, sticky, and full of enough clumpy and gritty stuff that I could feel it through my socks. (We NEVER walked barefoot in there -- at least socks if not sandles.) The manager (owner?) flat out lied to me about the towels. When I said they were dirty, he swore they put clean towels in the room, telling me I had to use the ones we had because they didn't have any more. Yet when I showed him the towel with blood stains on it, he somehow magically found new towels for us to use.

Also, the website advertises that this is a pet friendly hotel. It is not. They have several signs up that say "WE HAVE A STRICT NO-PET POLICY. $200 FINE IF EVIDENCE OF PETS IS FOUND". "Pet friendly" needs to be taken off the website as an amenity. I was given grief about my SERVICE dog -- not regular pet or emotional support dog -- a certified SERVICE dog. They also charged me an unpreviously advertised $50 deposit for my service dog. Fix what your website advertises and stop charging for service animals.

They had their mini fridge and microwave precariously balanced on the luggage stand -- so unsafe.

Lastly, the common areas, especially the carpeted ones, were not clean.

We weren't expecting the Ritz Carlton, but when you took our money, we expected a clean hotel room. If you honestly feel that we are asking too much, then maybe we should contact the State Board of Health.

Recently was trapped due to weather in the area and they had a room at a decent price. Room was livable, dated furniture that had wet marks in it. Checked bed for bedbug signs or any insects and room was empty (that I could tell) I didn’t shower or anything since it was a quick over night, but bathroom seemed it could have been cleaned a bit better. There were stains on comforter and sheets but I bought my own at a local Meijers to use over night just to be safe. Convenient location, and you get what you pay for. (This was in winter so no review of a pool and didn’t have their breakfast) stayed in room 201

Arrived at the hotel, noticed sketchy people hanging out outside. Checked in my room, turned on the light, and noticed something crawl on the floor to under the bed. One of the windows was busted out, two windows were wide open. Heat didn't operate right. No hot water.

This was all in 10 minutes. I literally checked out 10 minutes after check in after being told that was all that was available for me. No immediate refund offered, however the young man working the front desk mentioned he would talk to his manager about a refund.

Fortunately, the hotel isn't overly expensive, as the room was $65, however that is also $6.50 per minute I was in the room......

The sheets were dirty so we had to get a new room, the bed was harder than any hotel I've ever been to, the fridge was cleanish but did have something on the door. Other than that it was an ok hotel. I would stay again only if I had to.

Bro don’t stay here, the first room we received smelled like pure piss, it was absolutely disgusting. We had to change our room 3 times to find something actually stay- able. Towels were dirty, floor was dirty, bathroom was about disgusting. Worst of all, there were roaches. We were told that they serve breakfast in the mornings, there was nothing but old cheerios and a singular banana. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and mind you I travel a lot.

The Days inn in Amherst is a good state you know what you're going to get it's not that much but so far as the customer service five stars Harry was a constant professional I had a problem with the reservation that came from out of town and Harry did everything think possible to make sure my reservation was taken and that we were comfortable even early checking I came in about 11:00 check-in was at 3:00 and he let us in about 1:30 the Days inn is just what you need if you need a minimus hotel that's clean with decent badge decent TV and decent jobs I'd say stay here. But Harry and the Days inn in my service it's five stars

This place is OLD & DIRTY. Furniture was like a crushed velvet right out of the 70's. The room they gave us was filthy. We found the remote halfway slid under the nightstand and then realized cleaning staff would not have seen it because the floor was not swept. Ashes were on top of the air conditioning unit and we were in a non-smoking room. Tub had red flake-like spots in the front of it. And then I turned the sheets down to sit on the bed because I wasn't about to sit on the furniture. There were short, straight, brownish-black hairs all over the sheet along with a yellow-brown stain. We immediately went down to the front desk to complain. In my opinion, it looks like cleaning staff came in a made the bed with the same dirty sheets from prior guest. DISGUSTING is all I can say.
