Check in was easy and went smoothly. I had done everything online so basically I just signed in and got my key. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked fine. My only surprise was if you stay multiple days they do not change out used towels or empty garbage. So if you are using the hot tub keep that in mind. Speaking of which, the hot tub was, well, hot. And when we used it it was clean and functioned great. Sorry, I cannot report on the pool that I did not use. However it seemed to be a popular plunge. The pool and hot tub were closed one morning for cleaning so that seems to be a plus on the hygiene side. You will also have to ask for cups and coffee if you drink what they supply you in your room. The front desk staff was happy to help on that one. On the weekends it can be a tad on the noisy side. ( I'm not sure if that is always but it was on my last visit ) But kids will be kids. I never had a problem with parking, even though there were buses present on every day of the stay. Where I parked it was well lit at night even with Flagstaff's light restrictions. ( observatories present ) There are restaurants very close, as in an easy walk, some even had attached bars for those inclined to the occasional libations. The location served us nicely. Seemed a bit over priced for what was described as "off season" and the internet gave a different rate, ( lower ) that what I actually ended up paying. The construction looked to be wrapping up and it was very little inconvenience any way. Overall. Pleasant stay.

3rd stay. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms clean. We love the Dove brand soap shampoo conditioner. Our kids love indoor jacuzzi and pool. The fitness center has everything to get a good workout in. Convenient Northern Pines restaurant is connected to hotel, no need to go outside hotel for it.

We stayed at this hotel one night. Rooms were very clean, check in was smooth, location is perfect, the low price was appreciated for the little time we spent here, and the lounges on each level were super cute and cozy! We did not use the pool but plenty of people did. We could see it from the hall each time we walked by and it looked well maintained and clean. Breakfast is not included because of an attached restaurant and the lobby was in a different building than our room but wasn’t a problem. ||We had some problems with noise from another room, but that’s the chance you take when traveling and the reason we always pack earplugs.

It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I've stayed at many. The rooms were spotless, with a fridge and microwave. We had adjoining rooms, king and double queen. There was no breakfast, but there is a restaurant on site, and it's really close to other options.
Indoor pool was genuinely clean, and that's often not the case. I never use the hot tub at hotels because, well I think it's obvious, and I actually used this one it was lovely.
10/10 highly recommend

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. A nice place to stay the night while I was on road. I would definitely recommend staying here. They have an indoor pool, which was very clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rate was good too.

Beautiful, wonderful staff. The pool was great, the hot tub was nice and hot unlike most places. Pool was warm!! Beautiful Christmas decorations, fireplace going, nice front desk staff and housekeeping and maintenance. All around this was a wonderful experience. Probably the best I have ever had staying in a hotel.!! Highly recommend. Rooms were perfect as well!

Great service! I received a call from the front desk as we were driving to confirm my res. We also got a call from Tabitha, once we had been in the room making sure everything was satisfactory. The room was clean, beds were comfy. Heater heated the room quickly! Great value for the price!

There are no words that could describe how excited I was to have a room with no complaints about something. I’m also a cleaner. As a supervisor I would have to give you the upmost respect to your employees. They have to be the best I’ve seen in a very long time. Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable night. |JJ
