It’s now newly renovated and updated Quality Inn 🏨. The rooms are nice and accommodating. Service is courteous and outstanding. Nice Large parking lot have lots of room for big trucks and trailers and even hooked up boat 🚤 with truck, no need to unhook… charging plugs outside for your boats too! 🤩Location is great with everything in a walking distance or within 2-3 miles. We would recommend it to our friends and families.

This place is a dump! Don't stay here! It was a non smoking room, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and there were burn marks in the carpet. The tiles in the shower were cracked and glued together. The toilet seat was chipped, old and not clean. It needs to be replaced. THEN THE BEDBUGS! YUCK!!! Brought a bug to the front desk and showed them. They wouldn't refund us the money, even though we could not sleep and left early. This place should be shut down. I'm reporting them to every agency I can.

Beverly was working at the front desk when I checked in. She is an outstanding employee and truly tried to make things better, however, this hotel is just not guest friendly.||||*2 different non-smoking rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Both smelled musty, too.||*The shower head is so low that I had to contort to wash my hair. i am only 5'9".||*There were only 2 smallish bath towels provided for a 4 person room. When I asked the woman from housekeeping for more towels, she replied, "I don't know why there are only 2; you'll have to ask the front desk. I just work here." Direct quote!!!||*Advertised for free internet- connection is poor or fair in various locations around DN property. Connectivity is spotty and inconsistent. ||* There is no table in either of the double rooms I was in so you must eat on the beds. I did not utilize the continental breakfast included with the room. ||* There was a desk with one chair next to the TV. However, there are no power outlets nearby so you have to use your computer either in bed or at the vanity area. I guess that one person could eat there:).||*The room was roughly $65 for one night. Not too bad when compared to Atlanta, but other hotels have better guest friendly rooms.||||I live in Atlanta, but was raised in Elberton. This hotel is not anything as I expected and is substandard by any measure. However, Beverly was outstanding and really did try to accommodate, even moving me to a new room when the first one smelled of smoke and the internet was so spotty. She was incredibly nice and compassionate and her attitude never wavered during my interactions with her. She might be the only good thing this place has going for it:)

I stayed here when Hurricane Matthew caused evacuation of South Carolina Low Country. My stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I found my room to be clean, everything worked, and absolutely no roaches or other unwanted pests. I've managed a hotel myself for 10+ years and can say that management and staff are well on top of their job! Thank you to the management and staff!

The room wasn't too bad. The front desk clerk that works evenings is a pretty cool guy and makes sure you're squared away. There's no breakfast and no internet. Mi stayed a week and my last day I asked for a late checkout of 1 pm and they said no I have to pay for an extra night. Greed is a mother. I needed another stay at a hotel and went to the days inn up the street.

There was no toilet paper or shower curtain in the bathroom. The blanket on the bed had a giant hole cut in it. Had to go to the front desk to resolve these issues. The excuse given was recent renovations. There is a foul smell outside in the parking lot coming from the lot next store or just the area in general smells bad, but is not noticeable once in the room. Water stains on the ceiling. There is no breakfast offered as stated in the Google Maps app. If you are a light sleeper the nearby trains may wake you early in the morning. The only upsides were the bed was comfortable and the AC worked.

3 star review because I was only here to visit family. The room they were staying in looked very clean and all appliances were functional. The exterior of the building looked fine. I did not encounter staff (had no reason to). According to my family, their rates were an acceptable value.

Good hotel for the price, loved the truck parking, the front desk was great and very polite. He helped us with all of our problems. 55.00 a night. No bugs, no hair in the drain , nothing. Very pleased. It was a little out dated but it did what we needed it too. Comfy beds also.
