Rooms were clean , very small , , for a couple or single person with a low budget, an needing a shower , an a night out of the car , this will work jus fine , , nothing fancy. But it serves it purpures , I live in this town , an , there has been , some rift raft , that was known to hang out there , at one time , I think that has been taken care of now , but , keep your guard up ,

I am a Traveling Nurse currently staying at the Davis lnn for a year. From the beginning my stay has been comfortable and clean. The mangers have gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and made to feel at home. Rooms are clean. Nice sized. Aptly decorated. The beds are very comfortable. All in all a great place to stay!

BEWARE OF HOTEL SCAM: this hotel is not as listed on website! In November 2023, I booked three days stay and once seeing the property with broken down cars and suspicious activity (prostitution), I immediately left and requested a refund. Hotel clerk refused the refund and would not provide management number to assist. I disputed the amount with credit card company and hotel submitted false photos of a room to my credit card company that showed someone stayed the night in the room and stated I also smoked in the room and it wasn’t me! I walked in the room for less than a minute and left the property in less than 5 minutes. This is the worst hotel and management. The hotel clerk was sitting outside in a chair smoking a cigarette, and we couldn’t go into the lobby because of an aggressive Pitt bull barking at the entrance. She didn’t even get up out of her chair to help. Hotel and rooms are not what is shown on the website!!! Beware!!!! Note My credit card will no longer do business with this hotel!

Rooms are very small and uncomfortable for 2 people to be in at the same time. Rooms are in bad shape and there was a gas smell from the heater. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. We stayed 1 night only because of the rooms but told no refund w/o 3-day notice. I booked the reservations over the phone and wasn't aware of a three-day notice. When talking to Brandy the next morning, I told her this and was told it's on our website and all hotels have a 3-5 day notice to get a refund on days paid for if you leave early. I make reservations weekly. There are some hotels that have such refund policies, but most do not. I was told I might be refunded the last night only. If you are not happy with a hotel and leave early, you should not have to pay for a poor experience. There is NO Way to give a 3-day notice.

Very old and outdated, shower head was broken and water went everywhere.
2 people stayed in the room, but only one towel was available. I'm glad we brought our own towels. I was told that motel is under new ownership thats why they changed name, also get ready to hear trains running multiple times throughout the night. No internet available in rooms with only Dish TV available. Prime location for Turner Falls Park. This could be very nice. it just needs a lot of TLC.

My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay.
Our room was very clean & neat, you cannot beat 3 nights for $140! Sherry was very professional, caring, she always aimed to please. She definitely made sure my family & I were taken care of to the max. I loved that she was always a call or text away, if we needed anything at all she was there to tend to us immediately.
My family & I will be back for sure!
I would highly recommend!!

Everyone there was so accommodating and understanding. Me my wife and my daughter were on vacation and my wife's identity is was stolen we were only left with the change in our pockets. They put us up in a nice room and treated us like family..

This little treasure is amazing! Sherry the inn keeper was so accommodating and so kind. The rooms are absolutely the cleanest I have ever found in a motel. The bed was comfortable and the room had wonderful Airconditioning. Bathrooms were very clean. I highly recommend this inn to anyone wanting to stay in or around Davis!! Loved it!!
