This place is heaven! They cook their own pastries, muffins and scones. They are all delicious! The coffee is too. Customer service is great. This is by far my new favorite place! I tried to take better pictures but the food was so good I couldn't wait.

Set up shop here to get some work done for like 5 hours today. Very cool coffee shop! Free wifi, cute decor, plenty of seating and they play good tunes! Smells outstanding in here as well. I got a dirty chai drink and it was delicious, will definitely eat next time.

Love this place!!!! To walk in and see barrels of green coffee beans and no fancy frills was simply refreshing!

Drip coffee was perfect, espresso was lungo which is fine, because we live in America, and the vanilla latte was on point and frankly refreshing.

Found my coffee shop!

I love their coffee but the customer service seems to have changed. Part of the experience of why I liked this place to begin with was the welcoming atmosphere and wonderful people behind the counter. The old crew knew me by name, saw me grow through my pregnancy and met my daughter when she was born. They truly had an invested interest in their customers. The new crew obviously could care less about building relationships with the loyal customers, and for me and a lot of people the customer service/caring side of it is more important than how the coffee tastes.

And... pet peeve, they no longer carry ciabatta bread because it is too expensive and the new manager will not put whip cream or drizzle on my blended drinks even when I ask for it. Almost never fails. I am not whiny or picky but after countless times of my order not being right, it gets annoying.

I will continue coming because it beats Starbucks and it is right by my house, but if you're looking for good customer service this might not be the place.

Would love to give 0 stars but 1 star will do.
The new owner is very strange man. He gives my 4 daughter's an uneasy and creepy feeling.
Since the business has changed hands, prices vary, sometimes items are in stock sometimes they are not. Food menu is not that great. With previous owner blended drinks were fantastic. Now it bothers the owner and he feels that the blenders are noisy. But what about the customers and what they like? I guess it doesn't matter. It must be all about him. As for the staff, the turnover is very high. Most don't know how to make a good coffee. Most look unsure as to what they are doing.
My family and I will NO longer be purchasing our coffee from this establishment. STARBUCKS HERE WE COME! At least they make a good coffee and the service is always great. The baristas always are friendly and they have learned our names. This all happened in a weeks time.

I'm stumbled on this place a bit ago when visiting a friend. The coffee is awesome. I don't live in the area but try to swing in as often as possible. Service has always been nice and again the coffee is amazing. Recently I stopped in to get a macchiato. Unable to decide if that's what I really was in the mood for, I asked the gentleman behind the counter for suggestions. I ended up getting a peach smoothie and wow Jamba Juice has mad competition! One thing they don't have is JON!! He is the top
of the pyramid when it comes to customer service. Friendly, helpful, and all around great attitude. They say coffee is a great way to start your day and put a smile on your face. Well I can tell you Jon made my day that much better. I may not live in the area but I will make the trip a lot more often now as long as he is there!! Great hire, he is an asset to your team!!!

Good coffee, very kind and friendly staff, great selection of coffee drinks and food selection. They roast their coffee in shop, which is always a fantastic indicator they know what they’re doing. (Except the caramel macchiato... biggest starbuckian term I find to be a personal annoyance. Literal meaning of macchiato : espresso with a dallop of frothy, steamed milk. It’s not a latte) Otherwise, like I said above, fantastic staff and good coffee.

Went here for the first time today and was quite impressed! Got an iced black americano that was very good; it had a full-bodied flavor with somewhat fruity notes at the end and no bitterness. I also got a Southwestern wrap which was also great; it had nice thick slices of turkey with fresh spinach and red peppers. Will definitely come again when I'm in the area.
