I commute between San Diego and Phoenix on a weekly basis and have been for the last 7 years. I also love Dairy Queen... I stop at this Dairy Queen almost every trip, and without fail, I have to wait at least 10 minutes to be served. In the last month alone, they've gotten my order wrong twice and forgotten an item twice. On two occasions, they tried to make it up by giving me a "free blizzard" coupon. I appreciate that if it's a once in a while kind of thing... so the time gets old. Instead, I've decided that now that Freddy's open next door, they're going to get my business instead. I also like their ice cream. They never make me wait and they're really fast.

Got home and Chicken tenders were almost burnt could taste the char on the spots that are burnt. Drive thru order so don’t realize till we got home.

Service was slow, could not find clean table and had to wipe one off, could not get simple order of one sandwich, two side salads and two water correct, brought order and were told no forks available. Whole experience was a bummer. Never going back.

I recently stopped by the Dairy Queen in the foothills, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The ice cream was just "okay"—not bad, but nothing to write home about. What really stood out, though, was the poor service. The employees were incredibly rude and seemed entirely uninterested in providing a positive experience. Their demeanor was off-putting, and honestly, they looked like they were in a daze, which was quite concerning.

As for the cleanliness of the place, it was horrendous. The floors were sticky, the tables weren't wiped down, and it just felt uncomfortable to sit and enjoy my dessert in such a messy environment.

If you're looking for a delightful ice cream experience, I highly recommend heading to the Baskin-Robbins just down the street instead. Not only do they have a much better selection of flavors, but their staff is friendly and attentive. Plus, they maintain a clean atmosphere, and you’ll get better value for your money there as well. Save yourself the disappointment and choose Baskin-Robbins

I am just super disappointed in Dairy Queen, this is the third time I got a blizzard with barely any toppings. I got a medium size and paid an extra 2 bucks for more toppings and they were all gone after eating only a quarter of the cup. If this is the new Dairy Queen, I’d rather just go to cold stone.

On 1/15/25 at 3:39pm; location 11280 S Fortuna Rd Yuma AZ 85367; order ID: AABRSMQEAJA8. Drive thru name Julia Lizarraga. All staff members on the day were all extremely unprofessional and rude. I ordered 4- 4 piece chicken strips combos thru the drive thru. Julia told me to pull over to the side while my meals were being prepared. When another staff member brought my order to my car I noticed I only got the chicken strips, no frys no bread. I told the lady I’m missing frys & she went back inside. Something in my mind told me to get off my car and show a staff member my receipt so I get the correct food. When I approached the register counter I said “hello I’m missing frys and bread to my combos” a different tall caucasian lady with a nose piercing said “next time specify you want frys” I said ma’am my receipt shows I ordered and paid for frys. I showed her my receipt. The employee then said “like I said you need to specify you want frys and a drink” I responded “I didn’t order a drink all I’m asking for is my missing frys, instead of being argumentative, please give me my frys. She walked away and started preparing the frys. Another female employee handed me a bag with a single box filled half way with frys. I had 4 separate orders for 4 separate people and she dumps all the frys in one single box and says here you go. At this point my tenders are cold and all I wanted To do is go home. I had to make frys at home in my air fryer because there wasn’t enough to feed 4 people. I am so insulted on the behavior the all the 3 staff members had with me. The unprofessionalism they carry for your brand is baffling. I really hope they get coached on how to treat a guest in your establishment with hospitality and respect.

Not worth the price. Food came out FAST (because it was basically had no toppings). A Mini blizzard was $5.68 and hardly any topics. I expressed my concern and was told “each size has toppings rationed out”.

I’ll pay $3.99 at Fry’s for an entire tub of ice cream next time.

I stopped in here on a whim while passing by and I'm glad I did because I received wonderful customer service fro. Glenda M. the shift leader and her managers should know she's a great representative of the brand and will make me more likely to visit again!
