We came here on a rainy Sunday for brunch. My wife had the French toast. I’m a big Shrimp and Grits guy and I really liked their version, they mixed pork belly in their dish. Awesome! My wife had a wine flight and I had the cab. Definitely request to sit outside on the porch. We look forward too coming back!

A gorgeous mountain retreat, this place makes it easy to kick back and relax high up in the hills. The staff is very sweet and helpful, the rooms comfy and modern, with faux vintage furniture and flooring that has that mountain feel. We were at a marriage retreat, and the conference room was bright and sunny, woodsy yet only a few steps from the lodge and cabins. A big fire pit with plenty of chairs made our arrival cozy, with a warm, cracking fire on a chilly March evening. The view of mountains is also a plus, with chairs on the lawn, plus outdoor dining on the porch, or indoors with plenty of windows to make it feel like outdoors in the mountains. Dahlonega Resort & Vineyards is a hidden jewel in North Georgia.

We stayed here mid January and were so well taken care of. Had to postpone our initial booking due to the ice storms that had come through, but the staff was so very accommodating, which was a theme throughout our stay. I can't shout the staff out enough: exceedingly friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and really made us feel welcome.

Also need to give kudos to the kitchen manager and his crew. They're putting out delicious food, and the best fries in North Georgia. That may not seem like a big claim, but it is. The food for a kitchen only open 3 days a week has no business being as good as it is, but we never felt a need to leave the property. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all so good.

The wine? Probably best value for money in North Georgia. The reserve malbec is probably our favorite. It's clean, smooth, not overly acidic and definitely not too sweet.

And we loved our little private cabin.

What an unforgettable place. It’s easy to appreciate the location and vistas, but let me just add that the people who work here (Tyler, McKenzie and Collin) just make your stay so much sweeter. |And The cabin we stayed in was both cozy, with all the comforts of home. We had breakfast and dinners and each one surpassed our expectation - you must try the short stack - the syrup will not disappoint!

We had a delightful time staying at the Villa Suite for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The accommodations were very clean and had a supply of cleaning and paper products for the kitchen and laundry areas. Housekeeping was provided upon request during our stay- but just the bare minimum (beds were made but not fresh linens, had to ask for extra makeup removing cloths). We enjoyed picking up water, coffee supplies, and snacks at the grab and go station each day. We ate at the restaurant on premises one evening and everything was delicious. They offered us a free dessert to celebrate and had a sweet card and wine tasting vouchers in our room. We would definitely return again!

Beautiful resort with cozy/cute rooms and yummy food. The scenery is absolutely beautiful on top of a hill to overlook the vineyards and see the mountains! Enjoyed my experience very much! Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gorgeous views. Staff was very nice and we practically had the place to ourselves the week of Christmas. Be advised that they book rooms during that time but the restaurant and winery are closed. We thought they would at least be open the 23rd and 24th. They provided free snacks, coffee, bottles of water, and some breakfast items. We will definitely return again!
