The vibe is the greatest when you walk in you are greeted with smiles!! Made us feel very welcome and loved along with feeding us the best food we’ve had out here yet! We’re from out of state and Miss Wendy gave us the best advice on what to see here…and made the best coffee too! Thanks Tyler for the food it was amazing! Definitely would come here again! Don’t miss it!- love from New York and Minnesota!!!❤️❤️❤️

Went for espresso the first day and decided to add breakfast then returned for breakfast the following day. The coffee was hot, made well and they offer alternative milk options for no extra cost. We tried a breakfast burrito and they were kind about making mine in a bowl with some ingredient tweaks due to dietary restrictions. The food was hearty and healthy with a good portion size. We sat at one of their cafe tables on the sidewalk with our pup to enjoy the ocean view.

We would come again and recommend!

This was our first visit to the Current Cafe for my wife and I and it was exceptional. I had the breakfast burrito and she had the veggie burrito. We also had an oat milk latte. We took it back to our cabin and enjoyed every sip and every bite. It was so good that we went there again the next day for the same order. Again, it was so good. The service was also very friendly and we loved viewing the ocean while we waited for our food.

Oceanside itself is a lesser known gem on the Oregon coast and likewise it has one in Current Cafe. With convenient hours and a warm ambience, the friendly staff and delicious food and drinks make it the “go to” place in this area. We enjoyed chowder, turkey/pesto sandwich, avocado/toast, granola yogurt bowl, breakfast croissant sandwich, and multiple cappuccino. Bonus: we lost a cell phone and they were empathetic and helpful (although we didn’t find it).

Great place to grab a cup of coffee. They have expanded their food option as well as the dining space since the last time I visited. The fish tacos were so dang good.

Stopped here for breakfast with my wife today. She ordered a lunch item (at 11:30 AM) and I ordered breakfast (served all day). They took our order and we paid (it is a pay before you are served here). While we waited, the waiter came over to tell us that they were behind on lunch prep... So, it would be a 25 minute wait for my wife's order. My wife chose to change her order to a very basic eggs over medium, bacon (extra crispy), and hash browns (extra crispy). The waiter said, 'no problem... 'Easy peasy''. Her meal arrives and the eggs are more than well done... Yolks are completely hard, and the bacon was floppy. She asked to have the eggs redone and he took them back. Several minutes later, she receives new eggs... Slightly less done, but still firm yolks and not runny by any means. Sorry... but if a kitchen cannot get an order right TWICE on two different BASIC ingredients, We will not be visiting again, and you will receive an honest review. It is VERY rare that we do not tip, but we left this establishment with the majority of her order still on the plate and no tip. Customer service was seriously lacking, like they really didn't even care. My food was okay, but nothing to write home about. My wife's order was a complete disaster that was never fixed... And we were still charged for her original lunch order (which was more expensive), but swapped out because they were not prepared on time. This place has potential, but seriously fell short on product, presentation, and service today! We took the(floppy) bacon home for our dogs and even they wouldn't eat it...

Once again, I found myself at Currents Cafe & Lounge in Oceanside, Oregon, and let me tell you, it was a breakfast experience that felt straight out of a dream. Picture this: a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich that’s so good, it could probably broker world peace. Add an oat milk latte into the mix, and you've got yourself a breakfast that could make even the grumpiest morning person smile. Even you, Z.

Now, it might be the intoxicating blend of ocean air, the perfect amount of sun and breeze, or just the sheer magic of the place, but I genuinely don't think there's a better spot on earth to start your day. The croissant was flaky and buttery, the bacon was crispy, and the egg and cheese were cooked to perfection. Every bite was a little piece of breakfast heaven.

Corey, the owner, has truly outdone himself with this place. Not only is he the mastermind behind the delicious menu, but he also ensures that every customer feels like they’re part of the Currents family. Corey’s attention to detail and passion for great food and exceptional service shine through in every aspect of the cafe.

Speaking of the staff, they’re nothing short of amazing. Friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile, they make the already fantastic experience even better. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, they treat you like a VIP. Plus, they’re super knowledgeable about the menu and can offer great recommendations if you’re feeling indecisive.

And let’s not forget the awesome swag! The cafe’s sweatshirts and stickers are a must-have. They’re not only stylish but also a great way to show off your love for this incredible spot. I mean, who wouldn’t want to sport some cool Currents merch and relive their best breakfast memories?
