Cornbread was good. Not too wet not too dry not too sweet. But the brisket was horrible. Tough, no flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The smoked chicken also had that old chicken taste. No Smokey flavor. Baked beans were fine nothing too exciting

We absolutely LOVE CurbBQ! We've been going there for years and had them cater our wedding over the summer. They did an incredible job! Every single guest commented on how delicious the food was. They went above and beyond. The tri-tip and mac and cheese were especially amazing. We would recommend them for any event.
We also recommend checking out their food cart at On Tap. My favorites are the Cilantro Lime Tacos and the Double Play Burger with fries. Also, the BBQ plate lets you sample a bunch of their yummy food on one plate. The owners are so nice and accommodating. You can tell they truly love what they do and it shows in the quality of their food!

HOLY CRAP!!!
This is DELICIOUS. I’m originally from Texas and I have been on the HUNT for some good bbq, but came to the conclusion that nothing was going to live up to my standards, until today!
Oh my god everything is SO good. The brisket is phenomenal and if i didn’t know better, I’d say it came directly from Texas! The potato salad is the perfect amount of creamy, the fries are the perfect texture! The chicken is also very very good. The house made ranch is super good as well, and you never really know how good the ranch is going to be.
I immediately texted my friends from Texas that live in central Oregon and told them to get down here and try this immediately!
Also, I can EAT, I can out-eat almost all my friends and family, and I could only eat about 1/4 of the plate before I was stuffed! For the price and quality of this food, it’s priced WELL BELOW its value. 10/10 this was so so so soooo good.

Their Thanksgiving takeout plates were awesome! So much food for the price and great smoked flavor in the turkey and gravy especially. On a regular day you can’t go wrong with their brisket & melted cheese sandwich.

Two different delivery orders a few days apart, and very different food quality. Each time, I got brisket and hot links. The first time, the brisket was relatively lean and sliced nicely, and the hot link was cooked well with a bit of char with the juices bursting out. Excellent. Five stars.

Today's order, the brisket looked like it was cut with an axe and was more fat than meat. I wouldn't even feel right giving meat that fatty to my dog. The hot links were also undercooked and might well have just been warmed in the microwave. Disappointing. 1 star. I’m not sure if I will risk ordering again.

Wow! We were heading home through Bend after a 6 week road trip and barbecue was what we were wanting. I found Curb online and decided to give it a try. Their wings are the best I've had in a very long time! Smoked and just hot enough, great texture. The brisket was flavorful and moist. I loved the potato salad and coleslaw, too. (I make good potato salad myself, and this was GOOD.) We'll definitely try it again next time we're in Bend.

Never had a bad experience at Curbbq. Just a hard time choosing what to order. We've ordered everything from Easter dinner to Thanksgiving dinner here, all amazing! But my favorite is the brisket grilled cheese, so addicting!

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always great! I went in tonight 11 minutes before they close (which I was seriously contemplating because I didn’t want to be THAT customer that keeps the staff late) but they said it was alright. Paid for cold fries and burnt wings.
