I was excited to try their honey lavender ice cream. I got very disappointed as it barely tasted like honey lavender. I could taste a little bit of lavender and no honey. The cake batter ice cream is way too sweet. I also got the strawberry milk bubble tea and it didn’t have a strong flavor, it was a very weak strawberry taste. The boba didn’t have any flavor to them at all. If you want honey lavender ice cream I would prefer to go to Salt & Straw, because their honey lavender is perfect! For bubble tea I’m staying with Happy Lemon. The prices here at Cup & Cone are way too pricey and very small scoops too. You’re not getting what you pay for imo.

Really cute ice cream and boba shop. I got a jasmine green tea with crystal boba, and a sampler of their 3 vegan flavors, Pina colada, strawberry lychee, and monsoon mango. My boba was refreshing and I loved the strawberry lychee ice cream. The other two tasted in-between an ice cream and a sorbet. They just weren't as creamy as the strawberry. The service was fast and the employee was great with answering questions I had. Thank you for the delicious treats!

As a parent, I appreciate the high quality ingredients and small batch preparation. As a consumer, I love the flavors! The ice cream is delicious but don't sleep on the boba - it's SO good!

Not very impressed with the drinks here. You can't change the sweetness.I wanted my daughter's drink with no ice but the employee said we can't do drinks without ice so we choose light ice (which I didn't like) both ube/taro milk tea & mango smoothie were so thin & watered down & not very tasty. Mango jasmine tea was ok. We did try the sample pan ice cream & mango pistachio & were delicious.

I stopped by today for the 6th anniversary celebration of Cup & Cone. We got a strawberry passion fruit tea, which was awesome. The people there are awesome too! Can’t wait to walk up there again next week for a treat. Matt

Tried jasmine milk tea with boba. Price posted is not correct in google menu.
Service very fast and friendly.
Boba taste pretty chew and good but the jasmine milk tea we got is watery. Only taste milk , not sweet and no tea flavor at all. Tea very weak.

I had an ice cream AND a Boba, and I have to say the boba was the best I've ever had. It didn't have the weird chemical taste that some bobas sometimes have. I loved the Passionfruit Honey so much that I bought a bag of boba to make at home. The staff is super friendly and the ice cream flavors are creative and taste out of this world.

So lucky to have Cup and Cone here! Their ice cream is amazing. Today I had lemon lavender, recommended by the very helpful and friendly person serving. Wonderfully balanced, not at ALL soapy tasting with the lavender perfectly subtle and the lemon flavor fresh.
Creamy, smooth finish to their ice creams, I recommend ordering it served in a delicious fresh crispy waffle cone. Everything is homemade with real ingredients and it TASTES like that. They do wonderful unusual flavors that rotate, like ube and cherry blossom, and their regular flavors for the unadventurous are reliably delicious. Don't miss this place!
