Chef Laura and her team are absolutely phenomenal to work with. From menu ideas, the many details of feeding a large group, handling food allergies and dietary needs, and being partners in supporting a large group, 3 meals a day for a week-long program in the Grand Canyon this team was fantastic. And the food was outstanding. This is the second year we have worked with Culinary Concepts Southwest and it won't be the last!

Culinary Concepts Southwest catered our wedding, and we loved them! We started the planning process with Laura with no idea what we wanted or how to go about thinking through options. It initially felt overwhelming, but Laura immediately helped break down the options for us and made the decisions feel straightforward. It was super helpful to use the weekly meals offered by Culinary Concepts Southwest, as well as their Instagram posts, to get a sense for what kinds of mains and sides we liked. Creating our menu became an iterative process that ultimately felt easy. And in the end, we absolutely loved the food, and (more importantly) our guests loved the food! We had plenty of leftovers to continue enjoying for several days after the wedding too! We highly recommend Laura and team for weekly meals and for catering - thank you for helping make our day so wonderful! One more note: Laura and team are incredibly nice and friendly, and it's always a joy to interact with them. That obviously doesn't impact how the food tastes, but it makes customers feel a sense of community with them that's really special.
