Amazing little place with great food. Little watermark when you walk in, the good smells, the art tiles tables, very welcoming ambiance.

The empanada with beef were flaky and delicious. The mango habanero house made salsa was flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Ropa vieja was tasty, maro rice, definitely order some fried plantains, perfectly crispy and sweet inside. Cubano sandwich was a favorite.

Definitely give this Cuban gem a try of you're in Bend.

Stopped into The Cuban Kitchen on the recommendation of my nephew. The place was clean and colorful. Cute ambience, with one of the owners greeting us, seating us and taking our orders. He was very nice, attentive and patient with all my questions, as this was my first time trying Cuban food. I ordered the basic Cubano with fried plantains. I can't remember the dishes my nephew and his roommate ordered, but they were immensely pleased with their choices. The sandwich was good and filling. The fried plantains were tasty, too. I gave the food a 4 star review, because it didn't knock my socks off. Tasty for sure and I would recommend trying them out, but I'm not sure Cuban food is something I'm crazy about. 4 for food, but a strong 5 for service.

I grew up in Miami. Real Cuban food is not so hard to find in South Florida. Outside of South Florida, I have never been to any place like they have there. And I am constantly looking. Finally found it in Bend! Totally legit, so good. I cannot recommend Cuban Kitchen highly enough! go there! go there now!

My husband and I tried Cuban Kitchen for the first time and we were absolutely impressed by the savory food and service! I had the pollo a la plancha and he had the picadillo which both were delicious and wonderful! We also had the guava dessert and that too was spectacular! Service was 10/10 as well. We can’t wait to come back and try something new.

This place is amazing. If I could give it 20 stars I would.
The food is spot on and delicious. The waiter Chris was wonderful. The best waiter we have had in a long time. He is very efficient at his tables and very helpful with decisions.
Highly recommended this place to everyone!!

I have eaten at so many Cuban restaurants and this is REAL Cuban food. The ambience, bartender Chase, Owners Christina and Chris are doing an amazing job.
Food was amazing, drinks on point, and music reminded me of Cuba. Come and try it out for yourself!

Highly recommend! We saw the reviews and have to try it. The food is good and the staff are very friendly, great service. My husband had a cuban sandwich and he claimed it's the best cuban sandwich he had so far. I got roasted pork and it's also good, I just need a little spicy sauce and salt, but it's good without as well. Try Moro rice, it's so good! We will go back again next time visiting Bend.
