Beautiful RV resort. Nice paved, level sites. Nice room on both sides for slides, front and back. We didnt need to unhook our 35 ft. Travel trailer. All pull thru sites. Utilities are in good to New condition. They were closed when we came and they had after hours check in. The only problem is we couldn't find the price for the night anywhere. Not on the check in sheet, the handouts, or the bulletin board. We decided to stay anyway because we had driven 700 miles that day. In the morning, the handyman knocked on our door and told us the price. He told us $65.13. That included everything. We noted that my husband is retired military and he said they would see the box checked and give us the discount before they charged our credit card. We were happy with that. A couple hours later we got a call from a young lady and she said the charge to our card would be $67.00. We asked about the discount and she said that's only for active duty. I told her the paper said active/retired. She said she couldn't give it to us. We were not happy and I told her I would add that to the review. It didn't seem to matter. Then we got another call from her and said she asked the higher ups and they gave us thr discount... $7 . I thanked her. I'm glad she went out of her way at her end, because her attitude before that made me think she could care less. All in all, a beautiful stay, and so much cooler than Tucson 108, and Phoenix 116 that night! It was 92 in Benson.

Only stayed here because visiting friends in the park. Basically, it's a parking lot. $65 for a night with no amenities other than hook ups is WAY too high.

We own 2 Sites here in CTRV. We love it here. This week we went to the Burgers on Friday night at the Cafe and it was amazing. Burgers were great and it included beans, coleslaw and dessert, all for a great price. Today we ordered a Pizza for 12 dollars it was a great deal and the pizza was really good. Will definitely be going back again for both. You can't eat out anywhere for such a great price.

Our family had a wonderful stay! We were here for 3 months and enjoyed it a lot. The resort is clean and has great amenities. The washers and dryers in the laundromat could use some work. They don't spin out the best, causing dryers to take a long time. But, it was very clean and secure. The alternative in town is awful. The resort is within 30 minutes of so many things to do! Would definitely stay here again!

After a bad experience at another Benson RV park we have found CT to be a refreshing change. It's a large park with nice wide parking areas. I've always hated being packed in like sardines :-).
Park staff is friendly and easy to work with.
We got there late in the Winter season so can't comment on activities but we did enjoy the pool.
Booked our 2023-2024 stay.

We have stay twice, for 1 night, coming back from Texas. In July was a bit showed @ asphalt parking, but worked out perfect & the views where amazing. Used the pool to cool of after a long days drive. Last week, we stayed again over night. Free dinner , which ment I didn't have to cook! Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming, the resort is spotless! We will definitely be staying there again

I booked for February back in October 22 and they confirmed that the pool was heated via email. This was a must as my wife needs to swim as therapy for a back issue. Went to look up their address January 31st and noticed the web page now states the pool is not heated. I don't appreciate being lied to by anyone, especially when I did my due diligence. I still want my refund returned in full. Think twice about booking with this business. They'll say anything to get you in there, but they don't always deliver.
