Got overcharged $7 on my order and my card had already been charged by the time I was able to bring it up. So watch the prices.
Additionally, I ordered a wheat veggie sandwich and the bread was really undercooked. Gummy. My partner ordered a French dip and the bread was way over cooked.

Overall I’d say save your money and go elsewhere.

Crystal Creek Sandwich Co is an absolute must-visit whenever we’re in Flagstaff. The sandwiches are so good that we often pick up extras to bring home and enjoy later. Their menu has something for everyone, but the Grand Rapids Sandwich is hands-down my favorite—it’s the perfect blend of flavors that always leaves me wanting more.

Beyond the fantastic food, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. They’re knowledgeable about the menu, happy to customize orders, and genuinely seem to care that each customer walks away satisfied. If you’re passing through Flagstaff, do yourself a favor and stop by Crystal Creek Sandwich Co—you won’t regret it!

That's funny Tyler because I go there all the time specifically for the spicy Italian sandwich and macaroni salad, and in all of my visits have never felt that way. Why would I drive by all the other restaurants on that road to hit up some Crystal Creek if the sandwich sucks as you've described. Your story is full of holes.

The bread was really dry on all our sandwiches and they don’t come dressed, so you have to ask for mustard and Mayo on the side. As I was putting on the Mayo myself I noticed a big black hair! Of course we lost our appetites. I was trying to tell my kids that their sandwiches were probably fine to eat, but to just check them real quick. Sure enough one of my daughters had a hair in hers as well. Needless to say we threw the food away and went to Jimmy Jon’s across the street. Check those sandwiches!!!

Definitely an excellent place to eat a really good sandwich and cry because your father passed away. They are happy to make substitutions or modifications to your sandwich. The napkins are very absorbent for wiping tears. The prices are good, especially for the size of the sandwich. The bathroom is fairly soundproof, so people can't hear your sobs. They have a wonderful selection of beers. And beer makes the sads go away. My one small complaint is that the noodle salad had a bit too much mayo for my taste. But, you should try it for yourself!

After arriving and looking at the menu I ended up ordering the spicy Italian. The sandwich looked absolutely terrible like it got dropped or something. The ingredients were all chewy and low quality, nearly inedible. Incredibly expensive for what you get.

Ordered two sandwiches and neither came out as we ordered. Not even close. We were excited for cream cheese on both but came out dry with no cream cheese and zero condiments like described on the menu.
Booth seating is rigid wood with no padding, squeeks when you move. Very uncomfortable.
We were in a hurry so ate anyways and it had zero flavor. I've never had such a bland sandwich.
You have to order at the counter and pick up yourself. You are also expected to clear off your table but the one trash was overflowing.

One of flagstaff’s sandwich destinations. Family owned!! With great ingredients, even better bread, and draft beers. Don’t forget the two pool tables! Been coming here over 10 years, great little lunch spot!
