I've liked this place for years but it's on the opposite side of town, so it's not often visited.
I'm rather disappointed that the quality has fallen. My beautiful bride had the Cinnimon Roll French Toast and a side of sausage. In her words, it "was alright but tasted like it was made from stale bread." HMMM
I had a "medium or less" hamburger patty w/ 2 eggs, toast, and hash browns.
To be honest, I never knew one could make ground beef so tough, dry, and tasteless. I nominated it for a replacement for a truck tire, but I wasn't sure I could drill it for the lug nuts.
The eggs were mostly done okay, as I prefer the yolks well cooked. However, the potatoes could have taken a rightful place as an OPEC member with it's wealth of oil intact.
I hope this was an anomaly and not a trend. Small mom and pop restaurants are our joy to visit and there are too few of them. But when the quality goes, so does the customers, which is a bad omen for the future of the store.
EDIT: I find it ironic that menus are required to advise that ordering and serving undercooked food is dangerous towards food poisoning...and yet, when I order fully cooked eggs, I get the runny slop that I did today. Whats worse, I brought it to the waitress's attention, where by she promptly forgot we existed until time for the bill. No fix, just a motherly , non-verbal, " you'll eat what I serve you." You'll get what tip you...

I've been eating at restaurants in Tucson for 30+ years and they have the BEST PANCAKE in town. And this is comparing it to other top notch breakfast places like Bisbee Breakfast Club and Baja Cafe. It's just...Perfect!

I can’t speak for their lunch menu, but if you want an amazing pancake breakfast, come here!

Great little place tucked into a strip mall. The food was great and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Stop in for breakfast. You will not be disappointed

Dropped in, looking for someplace different. We were greeted at the door by the owner with a very warm and inviting disposition. Even though we were a few minutes before the opened for dinner we were allowed to dine.

For being in an older strip center the interior just popped with the black tables and chairs trimmed in chrome. There is a nice selection of colorful art work on the walls - available for sale, supporting a local artist. We were very comfortable.

The menu had a lot of variety without being overwhelming. Both my wife and I selected the #5 combo which included a shredded beef taco, chili relano and a cheese enchilada with generous portions of rice and beans.

The new owners have only been here since April and only last week opened for dinner for the first time.

All in all, a very pleasant dining experience- I guarantee we’ll be back!

Mother's Day breakfast. First time here. Jackie our waitress is AMAZING!!!!! Coffee cake is best I've had in town. Prices reasonable, Cafe layout isn't super tight and crowded little they sometimes are. Daughter and I have decided this is now our spot cause it's wonderful! Clean, service is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!! Will be a repeat customer ourselves. The cinnamon roll French toast was yummy, biscuits are huge, silverware was clean, bathroom was clean. Even busy this morning Jackie took time to chat with us. Come in and ask four Jackie!!!!! She's the reason breakfast was extra special this morning!!!!

Chorizo was good but thought portions were not sized accordingly to price. Never skimp on the beans and potatoes... Service was little slow but it was a Sunday morning so I kind of understand...but...not sure when I'll go back... spacing between tables is very tight thereby making place noisy... plenty of parking...
