My kids and I have gotten Crumbl Cookie many times at different locations. Today I picked up a door dash and asked about the cookies. One stood out to me, it was a little strawberry cake.it looked like a pink whoppie pie. They told me the price point of $6 and that felt like too much for what I saw. They did however give me a chocolate chip cookie to try and i have to say, YUM! That's a good cookie. Made me wish I bought the pink whoopie. This would make a great gift or something fun to bring to a dinner party. If you are a real estate agent and want to wow your people put these at your high end open house or on the table during paperwork or negotiations. These will put everybody in a good mood.

This is a great location. The staff is super helpful and friendly at all times. I also love that I can have a day of shopping and can stop by quickly for a snack. Overall I do like most of the cakes or cookies. If I don’t like something it’s not because it’s bad tasting, it’s just not my cup of tea. Overall, great location and bomb cookies!

Delicious cookies! The menu changes weekly and I recommend getting the app. It’s easy to earn points towards free cookies. The staff are always professional and kind. The wait time is not long either. The inside is pleasant, but you can’t sit and eat your cookie there. More of a grab and go. The cookie I purchased today is the Dulce De Leche flavor.

Up until about 2 months ago- cookies were ALWAYS delicious and were baked at just the right temperature( not TOO gooey in center). Lately tho the cookie taste and appearance have been sub par. Very gooey and not uniform in appearance.

Customers be aware of this location. This location does not follow the crumble guidelines. I purchased cookies here and drove to another location to show a manager the cookies I bought from this location and the cake was missing ingredients for example cinnamon and sugar. Also, the other cookies were cold which is supposed to be warm if you go to the crumble site you will see this. The cookies are exposed to germs and airborne, they are just out on stacked trays not covered. Visit other locations and you will see that this is the only location that has food out not covered. The cookie cakes are soggy and the icing or topping is hard. The staff member whispered to me that the oven sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I saw her touch over 6 cookies to get a warm one for me. When I called the Indian lady answered with an accent she was very rude she did not want to hear my concerns the reason of my called she continue to say you need to calm down and I was confused to why she said calm down. I was only calling to tell her about my concerns and about my cookies/cake. She tried to play this manipulating game and at this point I did not want to talk to her anymore. she seemed like a bitter lady who who is used to receiving complaints just how the call was handled. again, customers do your research go to other locations and you will see the difference the quality the taste of the cookies cake are different than this location.

I walked in and asked to pay in cash, and the lady working there, olive skin tone and lashes, was incredibly passive aggressive about the fact that they “Don’t. Take cash.” Very disappointed in the attitude. I understand you’re probably getting paid a barely livable wage, but you don’t know other people’s stories or how their days are going. my grandfather in canada is currently in the hospital, and might not recover. i was getting cookies to share with my mother for an early valentines before she goes to help with his care tomorrow. it’s really disheartening, and felt like pouring salt in the wound. will not be returning to this location.

Love checking out the line up each week. The cookies are sized to share, if you want. I love how they take some of our favorite things and turn them into a cookie. The cosmic brownie, cookie dough, and pink donut are so good. My kids tried to say that bacon doesn’t belong on a donut but once they tried it their hearts changed. I think the only cookie that didn’t live up to our expectations is the fruit one, if you didn’t eat it day of the fruit started to mold. We also had a few experiences where parts of the cookie would be missing or they were a little light on toppings but those experiences are few and far between. We always wait for the Sunday alert to know what cookie is coming out next!

I had an incredible experience thanks to Gabriela, the manager. From the moment I arrived, his attention was impeccable, always with a friendly attitude, warm and willing to help.
And the absolutely delicious cookies😋😋
