We did not get the room we paid for. And we weren't reimbursed. They charge $6 for a bottle of water. The whole place was under construction while we were there. It smelled like dust and chemicals and was super loud. They tested a fire alarm at 9am. The front desk lady was not a good person. They only gave us 2 free breakfast vouchers for a family of 4.

The pool was nice. The breakfast lady was super kind to me and my kids.

I will never stay at a Crown Plaza again. We should've stayed at the Hilton across the street.

The tap water in the hotel rooms is yellowish brown.

When we got back to our room after breakfast, the hotel rooms did not have running water at all. Because of no running water in the room, we could not shower, brush our teeth, or flush the toilet.

The front desk staff were defiant when I suggested to them that they should not have guests stay at their hotel if the running water is yellow/brown when it is running at all and if there is no running water sometimes during guests’ hotel stays.

Hotel staff did not deny that our morning coffee from the hotel could have been prepared using the yellow/brown tap water.

The hotel management appears to be aware that the hotel has water safety problems because the staff told us that the hotel’s water is regularly tested. The front desk staff told us it is safe to brush your teeth with the yellow/brown water at the hotel. However, the staff could not confirm whether the yellow/Brien water coming from the sinks in the hotel is safe to drink.

Unfortunately, we arrived at the hotel the prior night and did not see the water in the light of day until morning. Unfortunately, I did not notice the water looked dirty until after I drank some of it.

The one good thing about the hotel is the restaurant staff. The dinner chef and the night time waiter in the restaurant are excellent. The chef prepared delicious meals for us. The waiter was attentive and good.

Just don’t drink the hotel’s sink or shower water or touch or use it.

The hotel rooms are lovely. The elevator situation is a bit rough and the one main entrance is a bit awkward/cramped. When I stayed it was a last moment accommodation the front desk team was lovely a wonderful young vibrant Hispanic woman was very helpful and made our stay. I did not catch her name. Also the maintenance man an older gentlemen I believe named Chris was also very kind. The only reason I rated 3 stars was the front desk manager an older white woman with darker hair was not very accommodating, understanding or helpful. She was cavalier and bordering cold. I checked out after 3 nights because of her and just her overall energy. I ended up checking in to a hotel next door and it was also lovely. One more thing breakfast is not included and I was told it was which was unfortunate :/

I was able to check in early, which was so appreciated. Beyond that. The remodeled rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds were so good, I had the best sleep I’ve had in a while. One elevator was broken, but the working elevator was so fast that the broken one wasn’t a big deal. Staff was nice and helpful- we walked in on a new person training, and the manager was kind and courteous to both us and the new team member she was training. It’s great to see that. The hotel was great and I’d stay again.

The room was pretty and the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was HORRIBLY designed: the toilet paper holder sits too far back from the toilet to be comfortably reached by the average adult woman (and impossible for children), the shower heads have next to no pressure, and there is no lock on the free-swinging glass door. There is only one mirror in the room - it’s in the bathroom. And because there’s no useable outlet for the coffee pot where it sits, it has to be moved to a table in the room or to the bathroom counter.

I stay here when I fly in for work and I’ve stayed here now twice this most recent time the lobby and main area were under construction but the rooms have been updated. They were a nice change from what they used to be on my first visit here.

My first visit I believe I got a accessible room by mistake and the sinks went up to my mid thigh and everything seemed really outdated but this time around it was nice to see that the rooms were nice the tv was actually on the wall where in my before experience it was propped up on the mini fridge and looks really clean. I also love that there are “quiet zones” that are not open to the atrium as well.

They apologized for the construction noise and it looks like it will be amazing when finished.

I was a little sad the bar was pushed into the corner but it is what it is.

The one major complaint that I do have is the shower heads are awful. I know they’re supposed to be nice rain shower heads but there is not enough water pressure to accomplish what that rain fall shower is supposed to be. If you have thick hair that needs a good amount of pressure I would avoid washing my hair at all costs due to concerns around getting all shampoo and conditioner out. I don’t have super thick or long and I feel like I had to use the hand held wand on the highest pressure setting to get the product out and even then it left something to be desired.

After staying at this hotel multiple times, I am sad to say I had a terrible stay this past week. This hotel is undergoing a major renovation, which will be fantastic once it's done. I would recommend avoiding this hotel until it's over.

Pro: The staff are so friendly including the maintenance tech. Construction did not begin until 8am.

Con: The entire lobby/cafe/fitness center areas are completely gutted. Some of the rooms are renovated, but not all of them. My room was renovated, but the room next to me was being used to store construction materials. Every morning around 7:30 a.m., a crew would enter the room to get the materials. They were very loud, but luckily, I was leaving around the same time.

The most disappointing part of my stay was the newly renovated room. It seems like it is about 80% there. There were paint stains on the connecting door, the toilet was broken for my entire stay (even after it was "fixed"), and my heater broke. From a cleanliness standpoint there was hair in my bed and a stain on the towels when I arrived. The staff were great and had my room completely refreshed and everything was clean after that point. I had to fix the toilet myself every day because it would break every time I flushed it. When I told the maintenance tech at the end of my stay he was so apologetic and mortified, but said he couldn't fix it until the following morning, when I was leaving.

I typically love this hotel and know that it will be great after the remodel. But I would be very upset to pay full price for this hotel in its current state. They honestly should have closed it until the construction was complete.

I visited the hotel for the first time during one of my many trips to Tualatin. Although the exterior and the lobby bar area are still under renovation, the guest rooms are finished. I was assigned a top-floor corner suite that looked quite nice. Unfortunately, the heater in room 613 was non-functional despite a technician’s visit. As a result, I was moved to another room where the heater works properly. However, the overall build quality leaves something to be desired—the door looks outdated and the shower room is very cramped. The floor in the shower room is extremely cold upon entry, and the toilet is positioned too close to the shower screen, making it uncomfortable for larger individuals to use.
