I was thrilled to be able to stay here once again. This would be the second time in a month. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to accommodate your needs. The rooms are neat and clean. The bed is beyond comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and all the options were wonderful. The service from the staff was exceptional and we look forward to our next stay.

Our family choose to spend our 24th Anniversary at this wonderful property. Which was definitely more like a resort. It’s close to shopping and restaurants and had a nice atmosphere. Before we arrived I asked for a spacious room and to my surprise we received a very beautiful welcoming email and were upgraded to a suite. Next upon arrival we were warmly greeted. Customer service was very good. Our suite was a very nice one bedroom with a living room, which perfectly suited our needs as we needed the extra space for our little ones that joined us . Another surprise, the manager and staff sent us roses and then later they sent us a beautiful display of cheesecake with the word happy anniversary written across it was absolutely amazing. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. They had many choices. Everything was fresh and delicious. We also ate there for dinner, which was excellent. All of our food was five star quality. The waitstaff went over and beyond . They presented us with a surprise dessert with happy anniversary written on it in strawberry syrup, which was delicious! One woman in particular sang “It’s our Anniversary “ (by Tony Toni Toné ) to us . Overall, this was Southern hospitality at its finest. Everyone staff member was kind and helpful. Everything was exceptionally clean . Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making this a very memorable Anniversary! We will definitely be back.

Our first stay here. Okay with the fact that it's made up of several different buildings.
Pros -
_front desk went out of their way to have things sent to the rooms versus us walking all the way to them.
_things were fixed or swapped out very quickly.
_were given points and vouchers for the few inconveniences.
_there were no issues with bugs.
_only had breakfast one of the days there but was truly impressed with the selection and taste of food and it has restaurant-style dining.

Cons -
_floors are not completely sound proof; spent first night hearing people above us walk around.
_no AC unit under the window as in most hotels thus no AC Fan Auto option; had to borrow extra box fan to drown out the noises.
_there is no microwave oven in the rooms---this needs to be fixed.
_had to swap out the remote control and the coffee maker---all working equipment should be tested before next guest arrives.
_cannot rely on the TV channel guide for actual channel numbers or programming.
_inappropriate bathroom door; a sliding door that closes but leaves a 2 inch gap; no privacy from sink to toilet to shower!!
_wife had to clean off dirt, dust, and hair off of the top of the base boards; rooms need to be spotless!!

Staying at this Hotel made a Business Trip the Best Trip. The Staff were always there to greet you with a friendly smile and welcome you to any part of the hotel. They literally treated me like a queen. For a woman the bathrooms were always super clean which is HUGE in our books. You every need is met. You do not lack for anything staying here that is for sure they meet your every need. Rooms are perfect size. No need to pack all the extra bathroom items, they provided them for me. Just an overall wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel and property near Atlanta Airport.
I wanted to stay near the airport but not in Atlanta and this was the perfect spot.
Room was clean, pleasant, and comfortable.
Staff was welcoming and I felt taken care off.
Food at the bar was superb, steak was perfectly cooked and club sandwich was to dream for. Old fashioned was perfectly balanced too.
Breakfast was to dream for, all possible types of food and superb service.
I will be back!

I was impressed with the forms of entertainment in the building, I appreciated that all the main functions: check-in, the pool, dining, etc where located in one building. The scrabble wall board game was my absolute favorite. The staff was pleasant and always wore a smile. The food was excellent and the dining staff was very attentive. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

Positive: Amazing property and staff. Hotel employee at front desk was outstanding @ check in. Hotel employee gave us a guide to the property which is over 40 acres. Hotel employeewas awesome about our dining. Hotel employeewas very attentive at dining. Negative: The hotel is well kept and was a retreat. The staff all where professional. Very secluded hotel but we like that and no noise of any kind.
