I would just like to say a special thanks to Jay at the front desk. After a nearly 5 hour flight delay this past Sunday evening & getting into Atlanta late in the evening, he was extremely professional, cordial, & genuinely showed sincere concern in making the check-in as smooth as possible. In addition, he helped me with directions & provided options for dining so late in the evening. Over my nearly 30 years in industry, it is certainly refreshing to know that there still are fine people, like Jay out there, willing to put that extra foot forward in assisting customers. This hotel was refreshing compared to other similar businesses. The rooms and corridors were clean for the most part. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms. The front desk was helpful and pleasant as well.
The best part in my opinion were the sauna and steam rooms. They were clean and nice compared to other ones I have been to. The gym stays active and itβs nice that itβs open 24 hours.
We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! Very well maintained rooms and property. The prices were not bad compared to what is offered.
They have a nice bar and restaurant and lots of Ball Rooms for hosting events.
Front desk, maintenance ppl, room cleaning staff, bartenders all were great!

Great stay in Norcross! Everything you need for a good business trip. Room were well kept, quiet, housekeeping very attentive. Great front desk staff. Was here four nights and ate in the hotel restaurant each day, food was top notch. Prime rib was excellent, and if you go on Tuesday or Wednesday it's $25 , wow! It was a great experience, this is the only place I'm staying from now on, period!

Apparently my entrance to the lobby disturbed the front desk staff from her meal. I was questioned about my presence rather than being greeted in a welcoming manner. Once my reservation was retrieved the front desk staff miraculously turned her demeanor into a more positive one. I doubt that someone enters a hotel lobby with suitcase in tow simply to be there. All patrons should be greeted with respect and dignity rather than being sequestered about their presence. The front desk clerk in the morning was much friendlier with a visibly more personable demeanor.

You guys really have it going on!!! The rooms, the food, the service was outstanding!! BRADLEY IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!! He makes a mean Margarita!! Thanks for a great experience. When I come back, I know exactly where to go!

I stayed at this hotel in February 2025. The room was decent. However, without even notifying me this hotel charged me a $250 smoking fee. When we didn't even smoke. I only discovered this once I received my CC statement. I contacted them immediately only to be told I'd be called back by someone. I have never experienced this in any hotel I've stayed at, to wrongfully accuse a guest of smoking and then just charge them 250 without any notice. How many people don't even know they're being charged, i can only imagine. I am so disappointed in this experience I will never use this chain or it's subsidiaries again. So unprofessional and just wrong.
I could understand if any smoking occurred but we even made sure we cleaned up our garbage and left the room as we found it to be polite guest for housekeeping only to be swindled out of our money. I wish I could give a qtr star. Please triple check you CC if you stay here, it took me a month to find out.

I've tried for days to get a manager to return my call, they charged me, my company, and two others friends cards for a two night stay on a business trip.
Kevin Hill I appreciate your quick response on Google but why haven't I received a phone call from you. What you stated is not true because all of our cards where charged. You guys even charged my card for another employee I work with without my permission. Furthermore what you are stating isn't true, it's just to look good for customer's rating your hotel on Google. That hotel is totally unprofessional.
