This was hard for me to choose a review this time around because I LOVE this campground & friendliness. This was our first visit and staying in a cabin. To be specific we stayed in Cabin 1. It is in bad shape 🙁 on the interior and exterior. Very outdated, a ton of bees eating away at the home (wood bees), the cabin smells moldy and it needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. Most likely with a vacuum and good scrubber to get in corners and the floors clean. We choose this cabin due to it being dog friendly and us traveling with very well behaved dogs everywhere we travel. Our favorite spot on all our visits is always the lake house. They were short staffed which is understandle however there was a very short hair (curly) female that made it so obvious and it was a little embarrassing. We will be back, just most likely with our pull behind rather than the cabin. It was quite expensive for what we walked into. We typically spend 1+ month here.

We have been here for almost a week. Heading home tomorrow but so sad to leave. This place is WONDERFUL! So many things to do here & close to attractions. Very clean, friendly staff & HUGE sites! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Creek Fire. You won't be disappointed. Make your reservations well in advance. They fill up fast. People know how great this campground is.

This is truly an RV “Resort” with beautifully well kept grounds, a lazy river, a large resort style pool, kids splash park with dumping bucket, there’s a delicious restaurant/grill on site, laundry, gym, dog wash station, 2 dog runs(1 larger & 1 smaller )a separate dog walking area, and the park is located by a lake which we haven’t even seen yet. The spots are concrete and nicely spaced. They have a larger resort style store. Everything looks new & clean. We unfortunately blew the engine on our tow vehicle and front desk staff were nice enough to accommodate us for a few extra nights with no issues being our source of strength!! In fact, staff has been excellent, friendly, helpful & welcoming. We are especially grateful to the front desk staff who we have been in constant communication with. It’s very dark & quiet at night. No issues with security at all. Just use common sense like you would anywhere else , lock up your vehicles and use a porch light at dusk. This place is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful and I’d love to come back for a longer stay VERY SOON! Thank you Creekfire.

Creekfire is a great campground. Very family friendly. They have lots activities for the kids to be able to do. The environment is just a wonderful area to be in. The staff is easy to get along with. Ashley and Amanda definitely are doing a good job there and work very well together and can tell they care about what they do. We will definitely being going back for another trip.

My wife and I just retired this year and this was our first extended trip south to escape the winter for a bit. We stopped at Creekfire Resort in Savannah for 10 days before heading further south. We enjoyed it so much that we changed our plans and booked it for another 8 day stay on our way back home.
The property was very well maintained, clean with spacious spots. We were very pleased with the facilities let it be playing pickleball, working out at the gym, relaxing by the wonderful pool area or just walking our dogs around the lake.
The Lake House restaurant is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring Savannah (or one of the many great local attractions) or just after a relaxing day by the pool.
The staff from the reception, to the restaurant team or maintenance team were all great to deal with. We got to truly experience the southern hospitality we’ve always heard about.

This campground is convenient to the I 95. We stayed in site 148. The site is pretty level and long enough for our motor home towing a car. The front staff is pleasant to deal with and helpful. There is a convenient shuttle to downtown where we can meet up with the downtown trolley for tours. We tried the restaurant. The food was good. The worst part of this campground is that there is very, very limited internet even on our own phones, which we have both Spectrum and Verizon and there is not enough speed to hardly load web pages let alone stream. I am not sure why, but half a mile down the road we had 5G with plenty of speed but in the campground there is next to nothing. The wifi they provide is also very poor in speed. We would not likely stay here again because of this.

We stayed 3 nights and we thought it was a great place! A bit too chilly for the pool but will definitely be back again. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice as to what it actually looks like in person. Also is big rig friendly, which is a plus for us! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Location is great also!
