We went with our Family and had a marvelous time. We rented the home for our family and more than enough room. We can't wait to come back to this Resort. So much sight seeing and natural beauty to witness. My wife and I plan to stay in the Capsule they have onsite or the Glamping Tents next time.

6 miles before I got to the cabin my truck blew a radiator hose. I limped into the resort and was wondering what I was going to do. The one employees husband brought me what I needed and helped me fix my truck!! The staff was kind and helpful the place was peaceful everything else was perfect I stayed an extra 2 days!

Stayed in a partial RV hookup site for a couple of nights. This is was our first time staying at an RV park and it was lovely. The staff was kind and helpful. We asked to move spots due to getting poor reception from our Starlink and they were able to without a problem.

The bathrooms exceeded my expectations as well, extremely clean and the water was hot. There were not many people staying so I think I may have been the only one using the bathroom the whole time. I also felt very safe walking around. Incredible value and hope to come again!

This lodge is a great location for quick access to the trails in the area. However you should treat it more as a locker room for your gear than a resort.

Rooms have no fridge or microwave. If you want to watch some TV before bed bring your tablet cause rooms don't have TV's. Be sure to download the movies ahead of time as well because the WiFi is horrible.

The carpet was dirty. When my girlfriend took a closer look at the carpet she found prescription pills scattered on the floor leading us to know they didn't vacuum. Our shower curtain had mold on it and the room smelled like sewage in the mornings. We told reception at checkout but she nodded and didn't say much making me think we weren't the first to say that.

We went down for breakfast one morning and the ceiling was dripping water. I went to notify staff and got a "yeah it does that" response showing they are aware and don't care.

Overall, if you want the ability to get up, eat quick breakfast, then get on the trails this is a great choice. If you want anything more than that just stay at a local motel instead.

We attempted to stay there Oct 4th. We checked in at 6pm and got the code to our deluxe cabin on the creek. Upon entry the cabin had a musty smell of a old house not a deluxe cabin. Me and my wife put our bags on the bed and looked around. The bathroom was tiny and the shower maybe 2ft wide. The toilet looked like it was out of a kids kindergarten room. We then noticed a sign at the sink about the extra charges if you leave dirty dishes. There is no radio or tv. We then left and went and had dinner at the Klamoya casino down the road. We talked about staying the night and decided to go back and get our bags and go to Union creek. Union creek has a cafe on site and much nicer area. Plus they don't charge a resort fee. I strongly recommend not staying at Crater lake resort when you have Lake of the woods, Diamond lake, Union creek, and Hyatt lake resorts near and without resort fees and much more up to date features and for way more reasonable rates. Not to mention that that upon booking, we had been told that there was a 14 day cancellation period, that being said, if we were to have been sick the night of or around, we wouldn't of been able to get our money back if we had tried too. The amount that you pay for the cabins one would hope for better.

Lovely cabins, stocked with necessary appliances and kitchen supplies, plus places for RVs and tents with lawn activities on site. Store had a good variety of desirable items, though some things were out of stock. On the back porch, there were seats and a pizza oven and grill on the back porch to cook your food. I would recommend this place, though I wish they had some air conditioning units in the cabins (it was so hot when we were there!) or at least provide fans to help circulate the air. At some point, keeping the shades and windows open isn’t ideal if you want privacy. The cabins are close to each other with cute tables and chairs in front of each cabin to accommodate that cabin’s capacity, and the parking was just a few feet from the cabins. I would definitely stay there again.

1. Made reservation over phone. Charged 8x for 1 stay (over $2000). Clerks knew nothing. Referred to manager who never contacted me.
2. All charges were for over $8 per stay. I was charged a VISA fee. I was not told there would be a credit card fee.
3. Charged, separately after check-in, over $100 for a pet fee. We stayed in OUR PERSONAL CAMPER. Nothing on website about pet fees, except that "we are pet friendly". Asked to speak to manager.... never saw them.
4. Washers... paid $20 to do two loads of laundry. THEN while in mid wash, someone came to say that the water system was being flushed and no water. Of course... my laundry was full of soap. Told to just throw in dryer.
5. Upon arrival I had to beg to be allowed to check in early. Why? Site had to be inspected. We were placed aside another camper while there were 4 other sites unused (never used that night). New cozy neighbors said they were the only ones there the night before.
6. On third day one of the employees thought it would be a good idea to see how fast and how much dust the new gravel rake could make. Watched a huge cloud disappear into my camper. With one day left, we left. Never about money but about the deceptive and poor management.

P.S. After reading the excuses by the management given to customers here in reviews, I can't wait to hear from them. It has been several weeks....

P.P.S. STOP! I MOST certainly was charged over $2000 for my stay. My credit card company had to reverse 7 of the charges. I have a report for each additional charge. Had the pet fee reversed too. Never heard back on pet fee so I'm guessing the credit card company realized how ridiculous the charge was. I will happily send you copies of my charges.
