The crater is officially shut down. .. here is proof..I'm also adding some drone picts taken for the manager of the crater a few years back when it was still operating. For anyone who might remember the building. Thanks for viewing..

James took my $50.00 back ground check money, never ran the check, the room we decided I'd rent, HE DECIDED ,I wouldn't rent. The place is a dump, he's a thief, and shame on him for ripping off a disabled Senior in need of emergency housing. He kept my money, said no rooms are available.

It was absolutely disgusting the washer had standing water on the floor. There was trash everywhere on the inside of the building and outside and it smelled absolutely horrible

This place has a reputation and to be honest i was not going to stop by....BUT....IM VERY GLAD I DID! ...OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE MISSED THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET MR. JAMES COLLINS AND HIS BETTER HALF...THEY ARE HARD WORKING AND ARE NON JUDGEMENTAL TO ANYONES SITUATION....THEY TOOK ON THE TASK OF TURNING THIS BUILDING AROUND ..AND IN MY OPINION WITH their integrity
