I've been here so many times where I can confidently say this is my favorite restaurant in the Dover/New Philadelphia area.

The specials never disappoint, burger night is a steal ($12 for a new Burger, fries, and a soft drink/beer) on Wednesdays, and their menu is seasonal so you never really can get tired of the place.

I'm an eclectic eater, so it's strange to even me that I'd choose a Modern American restaurant as my favorite, but I think the passion that Chef Eric and the staff employ into their cooking is really what has me sold.

I even catered from them and they made a fantastic meal for my friends and I. Very glad to have this restaurant in my community.

Very unique place for New Philadelphia. Came down from Massillon and wasn't disappointed. Food although a little pricey for the area was on point. Very enjoyable and will definitely come back. Parking a little limited. Kudos New Philly you have a gem here.

My friend and I ate here for the first time last week. Betty was our server, and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all our questions. She was so pleasent and fun. The food was great. We will be back and requesting Betty again. She made the experience memorable and enjoyable.

This was my first time coming to CRAFT. The food, service & whole experience was impeccable!!! I’ll definitely be back & highly recommend this restaurant!!! We had Beef Wellington, Garlic Yukon gold taters, mushroom risotto, garlic French green beans & delicious carrot cake for dessert.
I believe it’s one of the best meals we’ve ever had! 😋

The restaurant is very open and acoustics are not good sure to many hard surfaces, but the food was outstanding and service was excellent. We got the 42 Oz bone in Porterhouse, shared a Ceasars salad and everything about this meal was superior to a recent similar experience at a well known place in Akron. Cannot recommend it enough.

The steak on delivery our server cut into the steak and it was rare, we ordered medium rare, she took it back and it was prefecture the second time around. So much better to have it a little under than over cooked. Loved our meal.

Just had the best 30oz. ribeye I ever had at Craft Bistro & Lounge. 30 day dry aged with smoked baked beans, mashed red skin potatoes and sweet corn with scallion butter. Also had the best bartender/waitress anyone could ask for. Yes, I’ll be back.
No…I couldn’t eat it all. 😂

We ate here for our 11 year anniversary. I would give them five stars from service, cocktails, dinner and dessert. Everything was absolutely amazing! Honestly it’s the best meal I’ve ever had.

Absolutely amazing bistro! The service was fantastic. We ordered the cheese platter, crab cakes, grilled chicken and seared scallops. All of the food was fantastic and delicious. The drink menu here is abundant and fun with a wide selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Look forward to coming back!
