Consistently good. Always a hardy meal. I don’t think I have ever had a bad server. My go-to for a good meal when I do not want to cook. Never fails that I can just eat. We always spend way too much in the gift shop. If you haven’t jointed the rewards program, do it now! One of the best around.

Was just there and was disappointed in my service. I had a very sweet waitress I could tell she was new so not her fault. But she needed more training. She put 2 people's tickets together the problem was check out. she was on the phone. No not with a order. 2 she could not figure out how to split the check. It was easier to to pay the bill than try and make her understand. How hard can it be to split a simple ticket. No special order just the menu items. Do better Cracker Barrel. No they were not busy over have the restaurant was empty. I work customer service so next time get a manager when you're not sure what to do.

In the past this location has had some major issues, however, I'm not sure if it's new management or what's going on, but the past year or so there has been a huge improvement. The staff is great. Fast friendly wait staff who take care of you, food that's cooked fresh, made right and brought in a timely manner and the CB atmosphere is always great. We are back to eating here regularly again. Glad to see our location back to doing what CB is known for!!

We had a pleasant experience. Our waitress was new, buy very friendly and sweet. She explain that she was new but if anything wasn't correct to let her know and she would correct it. She kept our drinks filled also.

Delicious. It's the cheesecake pancakes. We went in the evening. The server was very friendly and helpful with the menus. She also made good conversation. I didn't catch her name.

I love to eat Cracker Barrel! The service from the ladies at the front desk is wonderful. The only complaint I would have is the servers don't always listen when placing to-go orders and they have a tendency to leave out items. This has happened to me several times so it's best to check your order before you leave the store. Otherwise I recommend!!

Day for 10-15 minutes with no server. Finally asked a server from another section to server. Waited another 5 minutes. Hamburger steak was very good as were the turnip greens. Mashed potatoes were lukewarm. Got biscuits instead of cornbread as ordered. I have noticed a huge difference between the Decator AL store vs the Hartselle AL store in terms of staff politeness and attentiveness. Seems like bussing tables now falls on servers which I think really effects service. Need to go back to having people dedicated to clearing tables. The optics are bad when you are waiting for a server while watching a server clear a table near me.

We went to the Decatur Cracker Barrel for dinner. The food was good. The service was okay. We had to ask for sauces and drinks. The country fried steak came out with country gravy after asking for brown gravy. The steak did get corrected. Not complaining just giving an honest experience. The one complaint my husband did have was the few of us that were in the restaurant they sat us on top of each other while the rest of the room was pretty empty.
