We got married towards the end of last year and used Coyne for our catering and it was an amazing, easy, and stress free experience!

Tricia and her team are the best and went above and beyond in their work. Both us and our guests raved about how good the food was and the service provided was perfect with no complaints from us or the guests as well!

Tricia was very communicative and responsive to our questions throughout the entire process. We loved her transparent and simple pricing. There was no hidden service fees or anything else we had to worry about, unlike other vendors.

We loved the fact that our tasting was during an actual wedding they hosted at their event center (but obviously didn't interfere with that event!) so we got to taste the food exactly as it would be prepared for our wedding, unlike some places who did made to order tastings. We also went to one of their open houses to sample more of the menu and highly recommend that!

We did pay the upcharge for the brisket but it was so worth it (And was less than $2 more a person, so hardly an additional cost)! We also got a midnight snack, the waffle bar, and our guests loved that! All of our dietary restriction guests enjoyed their meals and felt like they got just as much as a guest who didn't have restrictions (pic attached is from one of those guests).

We cannot speak highly enough of Tricia and her team and the quality of work provided and will recommend them to anyone who needs an event catered!

What a wonderful experience! I am the event manager for a non-profit based in Cleveland, and was so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Coyne Catering for our annual fundraising event. Tricia and her staff were incredibly accommodating, kind, and fun to work with. Had our 2020 wedding here and in the middle of Covid Tricia and her team were amazing. The venue itself is just gorgeous and so spacious we were able to have over 150 people keeping six feet distance and still had plenty of room. Food is incredible so many options to pick from and very accommodating for any and all dietary restrictions. You will not be disappointed hosting your event with Tricia and her team

Everything about St. Demetrios and Coyne catering was perfection. Tricia is incredibly responsive and experienced, my partner and I are very detailed oriented and they exceeded our expectations by far! Here’s some of the highlights:

-We got so many compliments that the food was great and it WAS! (my favorite was the vegetarian lasagna!)
-They brought the food right to us and our bridal party and it was beautifully presented
-There was never a line for the bar because the bartenders kicked butt! (We went thru 36 bottles of wine and more so people were drinking!)
-The acoustics are great-everyone heard every word of every speech which was so important to us
-It’s all around a beautiful venue. It’s nice and spacious, you can’t go wrong with any color or theme. We also loved that the dessert table, buffet, and dinner tables are all in the same room
-There was so much that was included in the wedding package it was a great value
-The bathrooms are newly redone and beautiful
-The entire place is spotless
-They packed up everything right after the event and made it so easy for us to pick up

Absolutely delicious food!! My daughter just had her wedding and I must say I was impressed with staff and the food was out of this world! Especially, the brutchetta chicken and perogoies!! I can't believe how hard the staff worked Especially the clean up; they worked beyond most. Highly recommend Coyne catering. I will use them for all my events
