I can see why the locals love this place, there was some great pizzas here. Especially the Mediterranean and steak specialty. I wish i had a better experience having had a large order and unfortunately 2 pizzas were not made when everything else was ready. The cheese pizza was burned in my opinion. Overall great specialty pizza and well give it another try.

Awesome pizzas! I am not a pizza snob and am satisfied with just Dominos. But today my mother-in-law wanted gourmet pizza so we tried this place. Right off the bat service was above and beyond. They were well mannered and tried very hard to accommodate us in every way possible, even letting us sample a topping which is usually not possible. The 3 of us shared an 18” pizza with 2 flavors - 1/2 steak and blue, and 1/2 prosciutto, arugula and fig. The dough was simply amazing and was toppings were generous and fresh. Highly recommended and would come back again!

The pizza was absolutely unbelievable. We went for lunch for my birthday and it was everything we'd hoped for. Fantastic food, friendly service, and an all around enjoyable experience. I highly recommend you give this place a try!

Super friendly amazing staff! That being said…. I start to wonder how almost all of the reviews are by a “local guide”. We do not have THAT many local guides in Cave Creek. Let me start by saying, when they first opened it was great. Had their pizza twice and referred several people to them. They all had bad experiences. A few weeks later we ordered again and it was horrible! At that point we decided we would not order again and didn’t for about a year. Decided tonight to give them another chance. We love supporting our local businesses after all. I can eat almost any pizza and could not eat more than half a slice. We ordered the veggie to go and despite hating wasting food and money will be pitching the rest. I don’t know how much was paid for the “local guides” to write a raving review, but it was obviously money wasted when on a Friday night the wait time for a pizza was 15 minutes and it was ready and waiting when I got there 15 minutes later. Other pizza joints in the area were 30-45 minutes. Will not give them another shot. $27 for a bad pizza is ridiculous! Go to ANY other pizza joint!

Finally got to try Cowboy Pizza co and was impressed! Had the BBQ chicken slice and a peperoni and they were amazing. The gal that took our order was awesome, super friendly and accommodating. As far as I know the owners also own Brunch and it's another gem that we love to visit. Can't wait to try more slices and that Chicken Parm sandwich next time! Keep up the great work!

Update: Philly cheesesteak pizza is my new favorite. Absolutely delicious 😋.

Seriously some of the best pizza! Hands down won't find better anywhere near cave creek!
The blue cheese pizza was so delicious, we couldn't even help but eat half before I could get a picture LOL (and I normally don't even like blue cheese, but it was THAT good!).
I think that we came right after they opened, and were pretty busy, so I'm excited to go again and see how it compares.

Long story short; go eat the pizza!

I got slices here when they first opened and enjoyed them. Yesterday, I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza to go. The crust was super thin. The grease penetrated all the way through the crust, making it so flimsy that you couldn't pick up the pizza slice without it folding in half. There was also very little cheese, and the slice was smaller than before. Here is the slice after I took one bite of it. I added mozzarella at home (not pictured), so there was more substance. I told a friend about my experience and found out she had almost the identical experience two days earlier- it was her first experience. She said the toppings on her pizza were generous, but she could not pick it up to eat it because the crust would not support the toppings and had to use a fork. We both decided we would take a break and maybe try again in the future to see if the slices return to a normal size and see if the crust gets thicker again. The cashier was very friendly, and the slice came out in about 5 mins. I really wanted to support this local business, I'm disappointed in the product, especially because it's not an inexpensive slice....
