I want to thank Corrina Holmes for showing so much Hospitality to me as well as my family that stayed here at the Marriott Hotel. The cleaning of the rooms we had done daily was awesome. We chose to stay here for a month because any questions pertaining to our stay as far as restaurants or just our children having a place in the main part of sitting room pertaining with all kinds of games was outstanding. The free appetizers for the children to also enjoy. I have send several family and friends from out of town to the Marriott Hotel just to feel like home and Hospitality. Again thank you Corrina Holmes for your Voice and Your Outstanding Hospitality.

We stayed here for a wedding and to spend time with family and friends who traveled in. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive about staying in this “downtown” Waterbury hotel but I absolutely shouldn’t have been. |I have to say, there wasn’t one staff member I encountered that didn’t provide exceptional and friendly customer service. That means a lot to me. I could tell the effort they make at this hotel to make guests feel welcomed. |Our room was very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean and nicely set up. The bathroom was nice and clean and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of towels. |This location has the awesome quick and easy on-and off of Interstate 84. From our room we could see the Interstste but not hear it, so we appreciated the quietness of the hotel. |I really don’t have anything to mention that this hotel can improve on so I give it a high recimmendation!

Great place to stay in a convenient area. The staff are awesome and management is on top of things. Customer Service is five stars. We have always been treated right. Recently had a glitch and had a little issue with the room. Spoke with Carlin (manager) informed her of it. Took the time to listen and made sure to rectify asap the issue so that this would not happen again. She is wonderful, courteous respectful and cares. Customer Service is her top priority. Thank you so much

The seats in the bistro are extremely soiled they look a good 15-20yrs old. How does my company use this establishment daily, as they told me, but when I arrive at 1am the receptionist told me they could not charge the card and I had to pay out of pocket? I guess because I am black. That’s the only reason I could think of because if they reserve rooms on the regular why all of a sudden they cannot charge the card?

Our stay at the Waterbury was wonderful. I lost something and someone found it and gave it to Carlin Holness, Front Office Manager. She kept it safe for me until I claimed it. Carlin was extremely trustworthy, pleasant, friendly and professional. She always greeted us with a smile and warmth. The rooms and lobby were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and especially meeting Carlin!

I am a repeat customer because I love this hotel so much. The service is wonderful and the prices are reasonable. I'm always made to feel like VIP when I'm here. There are free snacks in the lobby and some for purchase, but the restaurant is the best. I've had breakfast and dinner there, both were amazing.

I travel constantly for work and this is the best hotel I have stayed at. It is due to the staff. I have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Also the bistro chefs and staff are excellent. The front desk personal Carlin the manger always has time to answer questions and handle any problems you have. Along with Rashida,Shawnta, Jamier and Robert the front desk is always there to help never with a attitude. Even when I have late night checkins it is always pleasant. The bistro is the same conversation is always upbeat and polite. Jeff the head chef always comes out to greet and ask how is your meal. Aisha, Lex, Aliyah,Nix, Delly and Maria are all part of the bistro staff and always are fast and polite and know the menu well. I love staying here!

Ok. Hotel room was great. But what made this visit extra special was the front desk staff. Their names were Carlin, Justin, and Jamier and they were just super helpful and friendly. Could not have had a better experience. I'll definitely will come back here next time I'm in Waterbury.
