All Courtyards are installing Bistro takeout counters (like a Starbucks but less so), so no more complimentary breakfast. This makes it less of a value and less useful to us. It's a busy location across from the mall but it was quiet after 9 pm. They are renovating so the front door was demolished and being rebuilt. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

I had a one-night stay here while traveling during the Thanksgiving Holiday. The rooms were very clean and the service was good. The staff was nice and welcoming. However, the hotel needs serious updating. The carpets are worn and all of the room furnishings including the beds. The fitness room needs to be updated as well. For a Courtyard by Marriott I expected a little more in that regard. Otherwise. It was a pleasant stay and a decent price.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet. Unfortunately that the hotel caught on fire and we were woken very early. We evacuated at 4:45, we’re let back in at 5:00 then an hour later the alarm went off again and this time there was a significant fire.

Know before booking that you will NOT be able to use the pool plus major construction is happening—- construction vehicles in parking lot, no lobby entrance, and construction noise starting early. Fine for a one night stay but we were disappointed that the pool was not available and would have booked elsewhere knowing this.

The place is a worn out property. Very tired. Plugs don't work. TV system is old. There are holes at the front door. The fire alarm went off and front desk was no help. The furniture looks like it came from a hotel salvage company. The price is VERY high for the condition of the place.
I hope I don't stay here ever again. I stayed at the Westin in Tampa for less and felt secure. Not this place.

Great experience staying here. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and exemplified great service culture. Ab (bistro staff) was so sweet and nice helping me with my things. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. I will be staying here every time I visit my family from now on. Thank you for the great service

Don’t stay at this establishment and i was check out by someone and when i got back to my room at 11 pm i was told my reservation was only for 3 days . I then pull up my email and showed it was for more days , as I’m here for work. someone checked me out. I have never had this happen to me as a platinum member no phone call or anything

This hotel is very old. The door hinges on the bathroom door were rusted, the floor tiles were cracked. The bathtub had been refinished with some porcelain material. The carpet in the hallways in the elevator are warn. The room furniture was probably 30 years old. One nice thing to say is the room was quiet and the mattresses were comfortable. I would not recommend staying here.
