Nice hotel. Well kept. Room layout was a bit odd. Tv was small and older, if you honestly care and on a weird angle to the bed. Staff was excellent. Super friendly. Remembered my name. We’re in town for a funeral and took the time to look up info and give condolences. Great atmosphere

Great location, just 20 minutes from the airport. Parking is ample and well-lit. The room is clean, with no bugs or musty smell. It's right next to the mall, with plenty of good food options nearby. Housekeeping comes by every day to clean, which is really nice. The staff is also very friendly and remembers you by name. Overall, a great hotel — I will definitely return for business stays.

Very convenient location in the Woodland Hills area. The interior is modern and clean. Breakfast doesn't offer a lot of complimentary choices, but the ones they had were good...kolaches, hash brown, and scrambled eggs.
Only negative actually came from my kids' experience with one employee who seemed to deliberately startle them when they were looking at snacks upon arrival. The same employee also tracked down my son after incorrectly telling him that she had completed the transaction, claiming he had told her a different room number than ours. He hadn't. Also, my daughter was drinking an Alani in the lobby and the same employee commented loudly to another adult that it was inappropriate for her to be drinking something like that.
Beyond this one unusual employee, everyone else was very pleasant and kind to me and my kids.

Great place to stay. Upscale feel and super clean place to stay. Felt cozy and comfortable inside the lobby lounge and outside patio had ample seating. HOWEVER, I have 4 Stars because one of the beds in our room had a broken, uneven mattress and the A/C unit sounds like an old 40’s era tractor when it started; which lasted for 5 minutes before tapering off!

Just had finished driving over 30 hours. After talking on the phone with receptionist and were told they had open rooms, we were rudely turned away at the desk. We were always point members to this chain. Never again. Horrible service. Left feeling exhausted and UNWELCOME.

One of the better hotels in the area. Parking is ample and well lit. They have a security patrol that comes by frequently. I have stayed numerous times and haven't had any issues others have mentioned. Clean property and nice rooms

Just had a group of people staying at a sister hotel nearby and they had hot water issues so had to cancel our reservations day of. I called the Courtyard first to make sure that they didn't have any hot water issues and then told them the situation. They made it extremely easy to get our group booked with them last minute. Carlos was extremely helpful and friendly. We will book here next time.

We love this Courtyard location! I travel a lot for work and you don’t find the kind of customer service and willingness to please their patrons anywhere else like I’ve experienced here at the Courtyard Woodland in Tulsa OK! Carlos and Cia (sp) were outstanding with all our request upgrading our room reservations and allowing us a very generous late checkout time that was very much appreciated! We will certainly be back!
