Excellent Staff in place. GM Alex and his staff including Brie, Helen, Alexia and the bistro group provide excellent service and are very professional. Housekeeping does an excellent job on the rooms. Very clean and through.
Atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable.
I have stayed there for several weeks and have enjoyed my entire stay.

We were there December 15-18, 2024. The hotel's breakfast was a great deal for the price, especially ordering individual items. We had to split our stay across two reservations and were hoping for an early check in on the second reservation to accommodate this. The front desk worker, Breanna, was extremely helpful with this and remained friendly for the duration of the visit.

Came up to run the Marathon and 10/10 recommend this place and the main reason was because of Helen at the front desk. She was very accommodating and deserves the all the credit for the wonderful stay. Thank you Helen.

Positive: The location only Negative: When we first enter the room, immediately we smelled unpleasant odors that seemed entered a very old room and the bedclothes has mark on it. It really gave a bad name for Marriott and we totally disappointed.

I called the hotel before making a reservation and spoke with Deborah, who was absolutely delightful. I understand why most reviews mention her name. We encountered some issues with our check-in and room last night. Admittedly, I was emotionally charged after spending the night in an emergency room and then driving 11 hours to reach the hotel. Having previously worked at a Westin, I’m familiar with hotel processes. Iris did an excellent job diffusing the situation and was incredibly kind and empathetic, despite not having caused the issue. Thank you, Iris, for your kindness.||This morning, we met Alex, who was very sweet and sincerely apologetic. I witnessed him assisting a visually impaired guest at the bistro, calmly explaining her food options and narrating everything he was doing for her. It was truly impressive.||The Bistro supervisor and Engineer were also welcoming, though I didn’t catch their names. They deserve recognition as well.||Despite the issues with our room, I can honestly say that this hotel offers the best customer service I’ve encountered. It’s clear that the team works cohesively and managed to recover our experience expertly.

We stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament that was located in various communities surrounding the Tulsa area. The location of this hotel was very accessible to highways, which was convenient for travel. Our rooms were clean and the staff, especially Angela & Deborah, were very helpful, professional and accommodating. Crystal did a wonderful job providing us with a block of rooms and communicating consistently during the vetting process. Thanks as well to the housekeeping staff which provided us with clean rooms and daily towel service as well as the food service staff. We’ll definitely use this hotel when we return next year.
