This is one of the worst Marriott properties I have ever stayed in. I was not greeted as an elite member. Never have I stayed and not gotten a breakfast. But this place has a high cost bistro open during breakfast hours and for a "different rate" breakfast could have been included, but this was never presented at booking AND I have never encountered this before at a Marriott. My room smelled of cigarette smoke that they tried to use air freshener to cover up, making it nauseating and an even worse smell. The desk told me they were sold out so nothing could be done. Pretty sad, given the welcoming lobby appearance. The rooms are outdated and dark and old. Cleaning staff do not seem to be detail oriented or too thorough. Aside from the cigarette smell the bathroom was full of long black hair, shampoo on the wall empty, and shower/tub looked dirty. I would not stay at this property again.

The place doesn't look like much from outside but immediately upon walking in your opinion will change. The staff is fantastic, the restaurant is amazing and the down stairs lobby is the best I've been in as far as a relaxing welcoming environment to sit around in to not be stuck in your room. The rooms are spacious and TVs are awesome with your choice of streaming apps.

NO NO NO NO NO!!!! Here’s why…….
The only good thing about it is, this hotel had a very nice lobby/restaurant (Bistro). The rooms could use a little more updating. It seemed all the outlets were loose from the walls and nite stands. It was not a quiet room whatsoever, as you can hear others around you. The toilet flushes SO LOUDLY! It’s like a tsunami when flushed. So you guessed it, every time the person upstairs or surrounding rooms on both sides of our room flushed the toilet, you could definitely hear it. ITS SO LOUD!!! The bed was like sleeping on a stone surface. No cushioning or bounce to it. The pillows weren’t that great either. At least the tv and the little refrigerator in the room worked! So if I had to decide what was the best part of this hotel… I’d have to say the lobby/restaurant area. It seemed that after leaving that area to go to rooms, you walked into a disaster. it just went downhill from there, as if you walked into a different hotel. Oh and the “market” to purchase snacks…a bag of potato chips was $5.50. The bottled pop was $5.50. The candy bars were $5.50. All were original size. Not even king size. Sooo make sure if you stay here, bring ear plugs, your own snacks, beverages and water. I probably won’t be staying here again. It’s one of those “you don’t know unless you stay” and now I know. I do need to mention that the staff was nice and helpful.

As others have recently stated, this Hotel is falling well short of the Marriott Brand standard. I have over 600 Lifetime Nights with Marriott and my recent Stay was one of the Worst ever in my Marriott experience.

Starting with the Staff - 3 different Staff members at the Front Desk seemed completely disengaged, including the AGM - and definitely not appreciative of my Titanium Elite Status. One of the perks of that **loyalty** program status is a Late Checkout at 4pm. I’ve frequently requested this because it enables me to work remotely from my Hotel Room - not only was my request initially denied, but the next morning when discussing with the AGM, she seemed completely annoyed by my request, more focused on the inconvenience my request was creating for her.

The Rooms and general appearance of the Hotel is very drab and dreary. What you might expect to see from a budget hotel like Super 8. The Rooms are out-dated and I’d say this property is at least 5 years past due for a renovation.

Bottom line, if you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member and want a Marriott experience, avoid this Hotel!! There are other Marriott properties in the Toledo area. I will never stay here again!!

I am a Marriott rewards member and stay almost exclusively at their branded hotel line. I found this hotel to be unworthy of the brand! The staff were great, but they couldn't overcome the owners' lack of concern for their guests. The room phones have been inoperable for 4 years, and the owners have done nothing to area the issue. The need was also rock hard! I don't think the mattresses are what Marriott wants their owners to use because the mattress has a different label than I've seen before (yeah, I'm a nerd). I even had trouble logging in to the internet, which hasn't happened at other hotels (the staff helped me for about 20 minutes before I was able to get on). I will not be staying at this particular hotel again. There are plenty of other Marriott hotels in the general vicinity to choose from.

Front desk attendant was rude upon arrival. No air flow in room, had to be moved. Old and dated hotel. Not a Marriott standard.
The best part was our super sweet bartender who was working double duty as a front desk clerk.
I would not stay here again. Many other options in the same strip. Very disappointing- do better!

Great hotel stayed here 3 times ,and it's great . I NOW HAVE THE ROOM WITH THE Rollaway Couch ,and the we living area it's awesome. Staff is super nice ,and helpful. Great hotel plenty of fresh towels, and soap etc ,and clean 12 pm checkout time .

Have had multiple stays here when we have been in the area for sports. Super close to the domes. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores but on a quiet strip with other hotels so there is not much traffic. Kimberly and Suzette’s have been amazing with booking hotel blocks for our team.
