Great rooftop views, a relaxing roof patio, and a quiet meditation trail. The hotel is just outside of the main city area but it’s only a short drive to reach the city. Lots of prime parking at the hotel. We parked in the same spot everyday and used the side door to get to our room. There’s a grocery store about 4 minutes away so it was nice to do some shopping and be able to use the side door to haul in our groceries. ||When I made my reservation, I asked for a room on a high floor with a view. It did cost more. I didn’t realize there are only 2 floors. After arriving, we walked the hotel grounds and it seemed one side of the hotel got the sun setting views, and the other side had pool and Mountain View’s. We had the mountain/pool view and they were beautiful! ||The atmosphere of the hotel is laidback. I didn’t see a lot of kids so it was also quiet. The walls are no more thin than other hotels so you will hear your neighbors, unless you’re the neighbor making the noise. We’re used to this so it didn’t bother us. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel. Everything in Sedona is pricy but I thought this hotel was a little overpriced.

Beautiful layout. inviting lobby. Amazing views from the room and balcony. Restaurant prices were inflated for portion size. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Room was small for the rate and TV was awkwardly placed. Refrigerator was small and would hold more than a drink or two.

Great location and nice (but small) rooms. I wish breakfast and water bottles were complimentary like most Marriott properties, but it was still good. Great view of the mountains.

Loved our stay here in Jan 2025!
Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Room was spacious, clean and good amenities.
Lobby is great place to enjoy a beverage and food
Outside space includes a sunrise deck and meditation garden
Sedona Shuttles within a very short walk

Clean modern hotel in Sedona near the sights and landmarks. Stayed almost a week in February. Bistro is convenient in morning for coffee and snacks. Great service from Angel and Ray upstairs on the view deck in afternoon. Highly recommend.

A great end of November 2 night stay! Nice quiet location. Well-appointed clean room with balcony. Beautiful views, great pool area and a fabulous rooftop deck. There's a hiking trail right behind the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Lousy guest experience because woeful under staffing! It's rare for me to receive such poor service as someone who stays 50+ nights at various Marriott properties. Starting at the restaurant with really bad service, forgot my son's breakfast order and had to remind them multiple times with food arriving 1/2 hr later. Remote didn't work first night and had to keep pestering to get someone from maintenance to drop off a working remote. No daily housekeeping so requested extra towels which didn't arrive. The one night where we had put a do not disturb sign, loud banging at 8am, wife opened the door and pointed at the sign, the housekeeping sheepishly walked away .Rooms are newer but just a poorly staffed hotel!
