Easily accessible location, right off the freeway in the room was nice and clean, and the best part was the staff, Donna was incredible. I had been driving across three states that day not knowing where I was gonna end up for the evening. I was thinking I could make it to Russellville for the evening so I went ahead and called the courtyard Marriott three hours before I could get there and sweet Donna answered the phone. As soon as she greeted me, it felt like home away from home, which was something I really needed that day. I had some questions for her which she answered and she told me not to worry everything would be taken care of by the time I got there. Soon as I got off the phone with her I felt so much better like everything was gonna be fine. And it was! I showed up and there were a few folks ahead of me and check in and she was very kind to everyone before me. When I finally got to her, I must’ve just looked like a complete wreck because I’ve been driving for so long. She understood probably based on my looks how my day was going, lol so she gave me a room on the top floor away from all the noise, she gave me a bottle of water any offered any services that were available. She wanted to make sure that I get the rest I needed. She was a site for sure eyes after a long day of driving. Thank you so much, Donna!

I stayed at this Courtyard Hotel during a cross-country move, and the location was very convenient—especially with plenty of parking space, which was perfect for my moving truck. Unfortunately, my experience was affected by the front desk staff. We arrived later than expected, around 11 PM, and the front doors were locked. I didn't initially see the button to request entry and knocked instead. I overheard the front desk staff make a sarcastic remark under her breath and, when she finally came to the door, she asked, "Was the button broken?" in a tone that felt unnecessarily condescending.

When I asked if there was a better place to park closer to the elevator, she responded with attitude, pointing across the lobby and saying, “Do you mean that elevator right there?”—again, not the kind of tone that makes you feel welcomed after a long day of travel.

To top things off, I later noticed a pet fee charged for my ESA (emotional support animal), which is not allowed. I was never informed of this fee during check-in, and it had been added in the middle of the night around 2 AM. I had to call after my stay to have it removed.

Overall, while the property itself was clean and convenient, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, as a warm and respectful welcome makes all the difference—especially for tired travelers.

Aaron and the rest of the staff are so sweet and hospitable! I stayed a bit longer due to weather and the room smelled amazing and was clean and the outside area is beautiful! the gym is a good size and pool looked great.Too cold for swimming this trip. It's close to some stores and super safe hotel for families!!

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Nice indoor pool. Very good lobby layout, better than the older style. Workout room was large but not too much equipment. 3 treadmills which was good to see and they all worked! Good service and staff was friendly

The location is clean and modern. Great having a Starbucks in the lobby but the service could use improvement. Friendly check-in and the gym is amazing. I recommend this place.

Love this hotel. It's in great condition and kept clean (smells good). The layout of the rooms have been designed quite nicely. The large tv swivels to view from bed or from the comfy double lounger. Fridge and microwave stored away in a cabinet above the AC. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever had the need.
EDIT ON SECOND DAY: When it rains the TV's in the hotel don't work. Front desk said when it stops raining, they will work again. A little odd.

The front desk was okay. The check in process could be more helpful. During my stay, the entire hotel reeked of gas or sewer reported it to the front desk, she blew it off, gave me an immediate headache, left the property and stayed at the IHG property. Called this morning to make sure I wasn’t charged for a room that I was in maybe 1 hour at max, and the “GM” said she would investigate it, didn’t apologize or anything, I just think for Russellville to be a hotel with many lodging options the customer service, and hotel would be top notch and it most definitely was not, having to fight with them to get my money back on a stay that I didn’t even stay at.

Charlotte. Charlotte works the front desk at the Courtyard Russelville, AR hotel. An extremely rude, discourteous woman acting like everyone else was ruining her day. I had a few problems with my room and she was not helpful at all and blamed me for the problems in the room. Not a very hospitable lady for being in the profession of hospitality. Do better.
