I cannot say enough great things about Courtyard Portland Hillsboro and their incredible team! As a partner using their facility for my business, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with the staff, and they have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

From the front desk (Naomi) to management (Taylor and his team), everyone has been extremely flexible, responsive, and genuinely committed to providing a welcoming environment for our program. Whether it’s adjusting schedules, ensuring the pool area is well-maintained (thanks to Leo and Shawn), or working with us through unexpected challenges, they always handle everything with professionalism and a smile.

If you're looking for a hotel that values service, flexibility, and a top-notch experience, I highly recommend Courtyard Portland Hillsboro!

I stayed at this Courtyard by Marriott for a couple of days while my apartment was having repairs done. I stayed in the single bed room. The best part about my stay was the customer service. Ryan, in particular was very helpful, professional, and considerate. When the TV in my room didn’t work, he made it right.

Overall, this is a decent place if you are only staying for a night or two. This is not a place to stay for the long term. There's not a lot of storage or counter space, and the furniture is only ok. The staff makes up for it with their service, though. The front desk staff will do everything in their power to help you. Note, the wifi here is bad. It stopped allowing any of devices to connect and the support for the internet is handled third party.

Wish it could be zero. This hotel experience convinced me to no longer use Marriott. They exposed me, a guest, and at least a floor of other guests to chemical inhalation from resurfacing their porcelain. No fans, no open windows. When I asked for the Safety Data Sheets of what they exposed us to, they provided them. "Fatal if inhaled" is what it read, big letters, first page. No response from management, at all. Protect yourself by never giving this location your business. You'd be safer ANYWHERE else.

I have stayed here a few times and never had a problem until now. I walked into my room with the nightstand being filled with ants crawling over sugar. These rooms are usually clean so I was appalled.

Have stayed many time but really disappointed this old hotel outside of the downtown Portland area has now posted a locally printed sign to start charging for parking. Lot is always 50% empty and they have never charged until now. If I am going to pay for parking when I travel in for business I am going to stay at a nicer property in downtown Portland

Stayaction for night. We enjoyed our stay here. Room is clean, beds are comfortable.

Platinum elite member, we declined the upgrade and got 4 breakfast and free parking ($12 per night ).

We also got $10 credit to use instead of 500 points as welcome gift.

Leahny at front desk very helpful and super nice.

The wall in the room kind of thin, we can hear the guess next room TV . We asked front desk and they helped us solved the issue.

Pool is great with hot tub.

The location is around corporate office and old spaghetti factory nearby. Mall is not far.

Also, our favorite place NEXT Level Pinball and museum arcade is nearby.

Breakfast is great. Serve Starbucks coffee at the lobby.

One person on staff, I appreciated the availability of e-key but with the only person serving food no one available to tell you if you don’t go down the correct hall you can’t cross over to the other hall to get to your room. Near hospitals. Tucked away but still close to highway.
