We stayed here for one night on Saturday, as it was very convenient to a holiday party we were attending. Arrived at the front desk to see nobody there and then discovered a sign that the one agent was assisting a guest and would return soon. About 10 minutes later a young lady shows up nothing to say how sorry they were that we had to wait or welcome to the Courtyard. (Very poor customer service arriving and leaving) Never was recognized as a Marriot Bonvoy member at check in or check out. Room was very nice (the typical Courtyard) Found everything clean and in order. At check out, asked to get a printed copy of the receipt. (A different gal) Never asked how our stay was and if everything was good. Happy Valley towne center shopping is across the street about a mile away. Would have wanted to give it a higher rating, but due to such poor customer service and minimal staffing, had to give three stars. There are many other hotels in the area, so would probably check into one of the others next time in the area.

Positive: Everything was spotlessly clean, both room and lobby area. The staff was extremely friendly on check-in and check-out. Location is very close to a variety of restaurants. I just walked to dinner, which was nice. Negative: No. Everything was excellent.

Just spent 3 nights here and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet. Having the Bistro onsite was handy and the fresh food offerings were great. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting on business or pleasure.

Stayed here during recent business trip and it is a tired looking hotel. In need of a complete refurbishment. ||Everything requires a touch up, from|Walls to reception, to the bar and restaurant to rooms to toilets. ||The only good thing is fairly closed to a local|Shopping mall.

The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly . The pool is great at the time I stayed from the end week through the weekend. The pool wasn't overcrowded. The bar was nice and managed well. Hummus,Fries, and BLT are good from what I tasted. I would definitely recommend it. Nothing super fabulous but clean with nice amenities..

Came here for business trip. This was a quiet with a small gym equipped, nice hotel. At 1F there was a Starbucks where you can order freshly cooked breakfast with a fair price. I ordered Eggs your way which I chose pan fried egg, either bacon or sausage with toast and tots. The next day I chose pork with red peppers, onions, scrambled eggs and toast. I loved it cause they are not over seasoning or too salty. Staffs were very friendly, self-laundry was relatively cheap comparing to Hillsboro Aloft.

If you are looking for excellent customer service, this is the place to stay. Two employees made us feel so comfortable and at home. Unfortunately, I didn't get their names; it was the gentleman who worked the afternoon front desk who checked us into the hotel, and the other employee was the young lady who worked the afternoon bar. We truly appreciate how those two employees made us feel. Their customer service was excellent! They took the time to talk to us and answer any questions we had. I cannot express how welcome and at ease we felt during our stay because of the staff. I would stay here again just because of the great experience we had with the staff. The hotel is nice; it has a bar, basketball court and swimming pool. It is conveniently located near restaurants and Walmart. I suggest everyone stay here solely for the customer service.
