Location is great. Right off the highway and easy to get to anywhere in OKC within 15 minutes. The lobby is nice but the rooms are outdated. Mini fridge is small. AC gets down to 65 degrees. Water pressure is insanely low (if that’s important to you) and water temperature does not get hot enough. Two lights were not working in our room, and the wifi did not work any of the nights we were there. Housekeeping came by once during our 4 night stay (and only to one of the two rooms I had booked). The couch in our room had a stain and there was a used washcloth on the bathroom shower curtain. Front desk was extremely nice but they obviously need to do better with housekeeping.

My family came here last minute as the elevator at the other hotel we were staying at broke down. If I had more time, I would’ve looked elsewhere. You get what you pay for. This was not up to my standards, especially for a Marriott, but it sufficed for our last minute plans at a reasonable cost.

Honestly, very disappointed with this hotel Marriott should be ashamed to have such a place with its name on it, the room smells, the ac unit is loud and from the 1980s, the internet is awful, and none of the streaming services worked on the tv and the tv had like 4 cable channels also requested extra towels and never got them. As a Marriott bonvoy member, I expect Much more 0/10 would not recommend

Last Saturday I arrived back to my room and went to sleep woken up to a smoked alarm going off. Called the front desk only to be ignored. Went downstairs and she was going to move me to another room. Never received a call. Alarm went off for over an hour. At check out I figured I’d be offered some sort of compensation ect. Never a call or anything from manager. I’ll never stay at their hotel again. In my opinion worst service ever

Hotel rooms were ok smelled funny. Their service is poor, if there is a problem they will not do anything about it. Our tv wouldn’t get NBC and they said too bad. They took our towels and told us to come down to the front desk to get clean one. The laundry machines were all broken and the pool was closed on Sunday. All the meals cost including breakfast.

My recent stay at the Courtyard Marriott Northwest in Oklahoma City was a mixed experience. Stephanie at the front desk made a fantastic first impression with her welcoming and friendly demeanor. Despite the hotel being extremely short-staffed, she was knowledgeable and accommodating, ensuring we felt well taken care of during our stay.

The lobby was a highlight, featuring a nice, open, and modern design that created a pleasant atmosphere. However, the condition of the carpet throughout the hotel left something to be desired, as it was in need of either replacement or a deep clean. The beds were okay, but it's clear that they are nearing the end of their lifespan and will soon need new mattresses for optimal comfort.

The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the Oklahoma City Zoo and the Science Museum. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Chick-fil-A and McDonald's, which is handy for quick meals.

One significant drawback was the ice machines, almost all of which were out of order during our stay. This was quite inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience.

Overall, while the Courtyard Marriott Northwest has some positive aspects, particularly the excellent service from staff like Stephanie and the modern lobby, it also has areas that need attention, such as the carpet and mattresses. The location is great for visiting nearby attractions, but improvements are needed to make it a more comfortable stay.

The hotel has been renovated and is in pretty good condition. I thought the room was nice and roomy, with a balcony that was larger than expected. Overall, it was a solid 3 star experience. I loved that the mall was only 2 minutes away, so the hotel's location was generally very good.
