Overall very poor experience. The rooms are drab and the beds not Marriott quality from mattresses to sheets. Throughout the hotel you can see signs of disrepair and aging, with meager attempts at renovating, such as a quick new coat of paint on some walls. I went directly below my room to relax in an open area in the evening, to be told that a separate party has rented out the area from the hotel and I was rudely forced to leave. It looks just like the rest of the hotel, and it appears the management is trying to make some extra rent at the expense of its main guests. It appears this location was built to be quality but hasn’t been maintained well. By far my worst Marriott experience.

The lobby was very nice and the staff was friendly. The bartender was top-notch. Our breakfast was made to order by a cheerful staff member who made us feel welcome. The beds were very firm, and the sheets were scratchy. Even the grandchildren commented on the scratchy sheets. During the night our room occasionally smelled of cigarette smoke. We were fairly close to the staircase and right next to a housekeeping area. Maybe one of those areas was too blame. We booked this property for the location and indoor pool. Upon arrival, I asked if the pool was operational. I was told yes, but it is a bit chilly. No, it was polar plunge temperature! The outdoor area of the hotel is in dire need of a face-lift. I omitted the picture of the overflowing trash receptacle behind the hotel. I am faithful to Marriott properties, but will be a bit more cautious booking in the future.

Very worn out and poorly renovated hotel. The first night, my Internet worked, the second day I spent 50 minutes messing with it, called the front desk and changed hotels the next day. It’s remodeled, but the bathtub had the paint peeling off of it, the tub diverter was barely hanging on and broken. The TVs are pretty small, I could not find anything edible at breakfast, housekeeping did not come. The outside of the property needs attention. I travel in the area often and I will never stay here again.

Ms. Shan, is absolutely amazing! Such a pleasure to speak with on the phone, not including her incredible hospitality. She is such a personable women. I along with my young nephew, were so pleased to meet and speak with her. Ms, Shan's customer service is second to none. I hope that I meet more people like her, who spread positivity to customers and clients. 5-Stars, do not do that young woman justice. Thank you, Courtyard Marriott. More people like her is what this world needs.

Rooms need some work. Both in craftsmanship and layout. Very small tv and wasn't set up well. The service was A+.

Beds were very poor. Slide into the middle bad. After waking up with a bad back, try the shower, but it is set so you can only turn the handle to mildly warm. Disappointing stay.

Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. One of two elevators were broken. Two of three ice machines were broken. Not good.
