Had a wonderful experience with Kati, the manager after getting in late one evening and paying again—though I’d already paid through a third party booking agent. She corrected the error and gave us a great rate that those other providers couldn’t touch. The front desk staff was hospitable and the place was gorgeous. Loved the courtyard, out back and the Gym. Only thing that could make it better is a breakfast provided by the establishment and they come as close as possible by providing a place to order that was really good, too! Great stay!!!

Super friendly people. Clean hotel! Visit was great from the time we checked in till we checked out. The bistro restaurant Inside had a great breakfast food dinner food. We plan to go back next year. We will definitely be staying here again. I would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is freshly and beautifully remodeled. The room was very clean and fresh. The gym was better than most hotels I have stayed in. They have machines for cardio but also a very nice cable machine and weights. Complimentary breakfast is not offered. They have a nice bistro with Starbucks. An important note is that in the remodel, the pool was removed so the pool photos online are outdated. They do have a beautiful courtyard in the back that’s fenced in. Good for pets or children to release their wiggles. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Good location since it’s very close to restaurants and shopping. Great experience.

Positive: Nothing at all Negative: TV/microwave were broke in room apon arrival , hostess didn?t have another double bed room available , so it took 2 hours to get her someone in to help figure out the computer enough to switch us to 2 single bed rooms and then wanted to charge me for it

It advertised as an indoor pool. But there's no indoor pool. The workout room had a lot of underage children in there with no parents. And with the amount of money being paid, it would be nice for breakfast to be included.

8 miles from I-65. Lots of restaurants on way to hotel. Great hotel, super clean, fantastic staff, large room, very comfortable bed, even had a balcony!! Would 100% stay here again.

If I could give more than 5 stars for overall experience, I would.
There are renovations being done, and the 4th floor had been finished. The renovations are great. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable furniture. Walk-in shower separated from vanity sink area. The room was very clean and inviting. Our room had a balcony, which was nice as well. Besides all the modern amenities, the general manager Katie was beyond helpful and very accommodating. She is truly an asset to this hotel. Not only did she check us in, but she also took our order at the Bistro and cooked the food, which was delicious, and even made a great espresso.
We only stayed a night, as we were clearing out an old storage building, but after an exhausting and hot day, we slept well in the very comfortable bed.
We highly recommend this hotel and a huge shout out to the general manager for her exceptional customer service.
